Platinum, located over decks 3 and 4, is the larger of the ship's two level dining rooms with a seating capacity of 1122.

Open seating for breakfast and lunch.

For dinner there is a choice of either fixed seating (6pm or 8.15pm) or Carnival's "your dining" option which offers flexible seating usually between 5.45 and 9.30pm.

Menus offer a choice of 6 different appetisers and soups, 2 salads and entrees plus a choice of desserts.

The Golden is the smaller of the ship's two level dining rooms with a seating capacity of 744 and located over decks 3 and 4.

Red Sail is the ship's lido buffet restaurant, located on deck 9 with a seating capacity of 1396.

It offers casual dining with a wide selection of international foods and children's menus including chicken fingers and hotdogs. (See individual listings for more information on the different food stations located within the restaurant).

Breakfast is also available here.

The Pizzeria is located within the Red Sail Restaurant on deck 9, serving pizza 24 hours a day.

Choose from a selection of 7 different pizzas and calzone.

The Mongolian Wok is located within the Red Sail Restaurant on deck 9.

The ship's Asian cuisine dining area, serves food such as Asian noodles and vegetables, and chicken with black bean sauce.

It is open late morning to early evening.

BlueIguana Cantina, located poolside on deck 9, features freshly made tacos and burritos stuffed with guests' selections from the salsa bar. Guests can select from freshly made tortillas filled with chicken, fish or pork and topped with something from the salsa bar which offers 17 different choices of toppings from Monterrey Jack Cheese and roasted tomato salsa to mild or hot chili sauce.

Alternatively the other side of the bar serves freshly prepared burritos with a range of fillings to decide from.

Also available are breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs, chicken sausage or ham, hash browns, cheese lettuce and tomato and a topping.

The ship's one reservation-only restaurant, the Emerald Room, is located on deck 10, with a capacity of 108.

It specialises in prime beef cooked to your specification or a selection of seafood if you prefer.

The menu includes entrees, appetisers and desserts.

An extensive wine list is also available.

A cover charge of $30 per person applies.

Reservation times are between 6 and 9.30pm.

Dress code is cruise elegant.

Traditional English fish and chips as well as other seafood selections, can be found on deck 10 on the upper level of the Red Sail Restaurant.

Meiji Sushi is located on deck 5, serving complimentary Asian specialities prior to dinner each evening.

Celebrity chef Guy Fieri designed the menu for Guy’s Burger Joint, located poolside on the Lido Deck serving hot burgers and hand-cut fries.

Guests can choose from the following burgers:

Plain Jane (served on a buttered grilled roll)
Straight Up (served with melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and mayonnaise)
Pig Patty (served with melted cheese and a crispy bacon patty)
Chilius Maximus (served with a crispy spicy onion ring, melted cheese, mayonnaise and chili)
The Ringer (served with melted cheese, bourbon and brown sugar BBQ sauce and a crispy spicy onion ring)

The Taste Bar serves a new and different complimentary appetiser each day in different restaurants (as listed in the Funtimes daily newsletter) providing guests with a sample of the flavours on offer at dining venues across ship.

For guests wanting a filling late breakfast/ early lunch to enjoy whilst being entertained, the Punchliner Comedy Brunch offers a wide range of choices from tomato soup, salmon and cream cheese bagels, fruit, eggs cooked to order, bacon, chicken quesadilla, pancakes and pasta to ice cream and slices of cheesecake.

Creams Coffee Bar on deck 5 provides a selection of teas and speciality coffees along with a choice of pastries, cakes and ice cream sundaes.

Milkshakes are also available.

A New York-style Deli serving a selection of sandwiches and side orders is located within the Red Sail Restaurant on deck 9.
