Crimson is the smaller of the two main dining rooms, with seating for 744 and located over decks 3 and 4.

Deck 3 is assigned seating only with a choice of either Early Dining (6pm) or Late Dining (8.15pm).

Deck 4 is "Your Time" dining which allows passengers to dine anytime between 5.45pm and 9.30pm.

The Crimson restaurant also has two small annexes off the back of it, one of which is available for private dining (capacity 36) and the other a small area (capacity 28) to sit before being seated with a drink.

The larger of the two main dining rooms, Scarlet has seating for 1122, and is located over decks 3 and 4.

Open seating breakfast (and lunch on sea days) is served on the lower level of the restaurant (deck 3).

Dinner is assigned seating on both levels with a choice of either Early Dining (6pm) or Late Dining (8.15pm).

The Gathering is the ship's self service international food court with indoor and outdoor seating for 1396, located on decks 10 and 11.

A continental and lido buffet breakfast is served in the mornings.

For lunch the restaurant has a number of food stations and buffets which include a New York Style Deli (serving sandwiches) and Indian Tandoor (serving Indian spiced chicken etc.) which are located by the Sunset Pool.

The Grill and Pizza stations are by the Waves Pool.

Other stations include Taste of Nations (serving a different international cuisine each day), Mongolian Wok (stir fry station), Burrito bar (fill soft tacos with your choice of fillings), Pasta Bar (on the upper level on deck 11) and dessert stations including ice cream (which is open 24 hours along with the Pizza station and tea and coffee station).

In the evening the restaurant becomes a bistro.

The Pizzeria is located within The Gathering, the ship's buffet style restaurant on deck 10 near the Waves Main Pool.

Open 24 hours, it serves a selection of pizzas, calzone and Caesar salad.

The Pasta Bar is located on the upper level (deck 11) of the Gathering Lido Restaurant.

The Pasta Bar is a casual made to order complimentary bar. Passengers select what type of pasta, sauce, toppings and extras they require which is then prepared and brought to their table.

The Mongolian Wok is located within The Gathering Lido casual restaurant on deck 10 and serves wok prepared freshly cooked stir fried ingredients of your choice.

The Chef's Art Steakhouse is the ship's reservation only restaurant located on deck 12 above the Lido Restaurant with a capacity of 108.

It specialises in prime beef cooked to your specification, or a selection of seafood if you prefer.

The menu includes entrees, appetisers and desserts and an extensive wine list is also available.

Reservation times are between 5.30pm and 9.30pm.

A cover charge of $30 per person applies.

Wasabi Sushi Bar is located on deck 5 along the Lani Promenade outside the Caliente Dance Club.

It serves a selection of complimentary sushi dishes prior to dinner each evening.

The Grille is located on deck 10 within The Gathering Lido Restaurant near the Waves main pool, serving a selection of hamburgers, hot dogs and fries.

For guests wanting a filling late breakfast/ early lunch to enjoy whilst being entertained, the Punchliner Comedy Brunch offers a wide range of choices from tomato soup, salmon and cream cheese bagels, fruit, eggs cooked to order, bacon, chicken quesadilla, pancakes and pasta to ice cream and slices of cheesecake.

The Taste Bar serves a new and different complimentary appetiser each day in different restaurants (as listed in the Funtimes daily newsletter) providing guests with a sample of the flavours on offer at dining venues across ship.

The Plaza Cafe is a patisserie serving speciality coffees, teas and sweets (extra cost). Located on deck 5 within the Ocean Plaza, it has seating for 50 guests and is open early morning until late at night.

Trivia and puzzles are some of the entertainment available here.

The New York Style Deli is located within the Gatherings Lido Restaurant on deck 10 and serves a selection of sandwiches and side orders.

The Chefs Table is held in a variety of unusual locations such as the library.

The chef's table is a multi course dinner prepared by one of the ship's master chefs.

Available for groups of twelve, beginning with a champagne reception followed by a visit to the ship's Galley to see it in operation before a full service dinner of appetisers, entrees and desserts.

A charge of $75 per head applies and the experience is bookable through Steak House reservations.

The Burrito Bar is part of the Gathering Lido Restaurant on deck 10.

Passengers can choose from a variety of fillings for their soft burritos.

The Indian Tandoor is located within the Gatherings Lido Marketplace Restaurant near the Sunset pool, serving a range of Indian cuisine from chicken and fish to beef kebabs and naan bread.

The Lanai Bar-BQ, located on deck 5 on the Lanai Promenade, serves a range of burgers, hotdogs, grilled chicken, chips, salsa and quesadillas plus salad and traditional barbecue accompaniments.
