The ship's fitness centre on deck 9 over- looking the sea provides an extensive range of exercise machines, free weights, treadmills and bikes along with a room for fitness classes.

Some fitness classes are free whilst others such as pilates, yoga and tai-chi cost $12 per session. Some classes are held outside the fitness centre such as tai-chi sessions which are held by the Sea View Pool.

The fitness centre is open from 6am to 9pm.

Minors are only permitted to use the facilities when accompanied by adults and no under 16's are allowed at any time.

There are 6 Jacuzzi Whirlpools onboard, 2 at the Sea View Pool to the rear of the Lido Deck and 4 at the Lido pool, also on the Lido Deck.

The Greenhouse Spa and Salon is home to the ship's wellness programmes accessible by over 18's only unless they are part of the kids and teens programmes (the salon is open to all ages).

The spa offers a rage of different chambers releasing a variety of dry heat, aromatherapy mists and steam as well as heated ceramic lounges to relax on.

The spa also houses the ship's sauna.

Treatments on offer range from massages, facials and body wraps to acupuncture and male services.

The Beauty Salon offers cuts and colours to styling and barber services.

The Greenhouse Spa is on deck 9.

The Hydrotherapy Pool (located in the Spa on deck 9) is filled with mineral rich sea water heated to body temperature to ease away aches and pains.
