The AmphorA restaurant midship of deck 3 offers a world-class menu served on Rosenthal china with Riedel stemware.

It is open for dinner from 7.00pm to 9.00pm with open seating, and accommodates 140 guests.

The restaurant also offers a selection of afternoon snacks such as open bagels with brie and walnut, pastrami and olive or tomato along with cookies, cakes and pastries.

On deck 4 guests can visit the intimate Veranda Cafe, which is the ship's buffet venue combining made-to-order grilled items with food stations. Seating 80 guests and featuring full length windows on three sides, the additional open terrace seating area can accommodate a further 30 guests and offers the option of alfresco dining.

The Veranda Cafe opens for breakfast between 7.30am and 9.30am and lunch from 12.30pm to 2.00pm.

Breakfast is primarily a buffet breakfast with a selection of pastries, smoothies, cold cuts of meat and cheeses, fresh fruit, cereals, bagels and bread to toast yourself along with a heated buffet tray containing sausages, bacon and hash browns. Alternatively guests can order waiter-service breakfast items from a select menu with the likes of eggs made to order, waffles, French toast, pancakes and eggs Benedict.

For lunch guests can opt either for a buffet lunch centred on a different cuisine each day or choose from a set menu, an example of which is as follows:

Candles, aft of deck 4, is a poolside grill which offers alfresco dining with fine steaks and grilled skewers on the menu.

Accommodating 30 guests it opens for dinner with reservations required for the 7.30 or 8.00pm dining times. No charges apply and a sample menu can be viewed below.
