Veendam

The ship's fitness centre, open from 6am to 9pm, is located on the Lido Deck over- looking the sea provides a range of exercise machines, free weights, treadmills and bikes along with a room for fitness classes.

Some fitness classes are free whilst others such as pilates, yoga and tai-chi cost $12 per session.

The Greenhouse Spa and Salon (Lido Deck), is home to the ship's wellness programmes accessible by over 18's only unless they are part of the kids and teens programmes (the salon is open to all ages).

The Spa includes a thermal suite with steam rooms, saunas, aromatherapy showers, thermal ceramic loungers and a hydro pool. Spa passes are $20 per day or $190 per cruise ($280 for couples) although a 30% discount on cruise passes is often on offer.

The whirlpools are open from 9am to 9pm.

The Beauty Salon, located within the Greenhouse Spa facilities on the Lido Deck, is a unisex salon offering a range of services from hair cuts and styling to manicures and barber services.

The ship has two single sex saunas on the Lido Deck within the Greenhouse Spa.
