The Restaurant on deck 4 seats up to 324 guests and is the ship's main dining room, serving contemporary, international cuisine featuring signature dishes created exclusively for Silversea by Relais & Châteaux.

Breakfast and lunch are buffet style with breakfast offerings ranging from eggs, bacon, pancakes and breads, to fruit, yogurts and cereals.

Lunch time fare provides guests with selections such as sandwiches, salads, carvery meats, pasta dishes and desserts.

The menu for dinner has a set menu option that changes a few times during the cruise along with daily changing options reflecting local specialities. Passengers can mix and match between items which include appetisers, salad, soup, pasta, beef, lamb, poultry and fish alongside low fat and vegetarian options including pan fried rainbow trout or spinach stuffed pancakes. Desserts range from soufflés and petit fours to crème brulee.

Should passengers not find anything to their liking on the menu requests can be made for alternatives.

A selection of Italy's best cuisine is served a la carte in La Terrazza (deck 7) during the evening.

La Terrazza is also open for casual, buffet style breakfast and lunch with indoor or al fresco dining on the outdoor terrace.

Breakfast offerings range from cooked to order eggs, bacon and sausages to fruit, cereals, yogurts and different breads.

For lunch buffet style options include sushi and sashimi, salads, meat dishes, vegetables and roasted meats from the carvery section.

During the evening, La Terrazza transforms into an a la carte traditional Italian restaurant serving locally sourced fresh ingredients such as buffalo mozzarella from Naples, balsamic vinegar and olive oil from Umbria and air dried ham from Parma.

Seating is limited for dinner (110 guests) and reservations are recommended.

Seating increases to 172 guests for breakfast & lunch.

The Pool Grill (deck 8) menu options feature healthy 'Cruise Lite' selections at breakfast, with light fare for lunch and dinner including grilled meats and fresh-from-the-oven pizza.

In the evening, the Pool Bar & Grill is transformed into The Grill, an intimate al fresco eatery with live music featuring a fun, interactive Black Rock Grill experience, with room for 31 guests (reservations recommended).

After a salad to start with (such as New York Salad with Blue Cheese), a preheated volcanic rock is brought to guests tables, allowing them to cook their choice of meat of fish from steak, veal, pork, lamb, salmon, fish or prawns exactly to their liking at their own table. This is accompanied by a skewer of Mediterranean vegetables and a baked potato.

If guests prefer to eat in their cabins, full complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are available.

Should passengers choose to have dinner in their rooms, it will be served course by course to them as it would be in the restaurant.

Le Champagne on deck 4 is Silver Wind's reservation only additional charge restaurant offering guests a choice of two menus.

For $30 per head, diners can opt for the evenings featured menu with a bottle of wine of their choice (from $50 upwards).

For $200 per head (including a $50 cover charge) Le Champagne offers a selection of premium fine wines served by the glass, complemented by a set tasting menu of regionally inspired dishes in an intimate (40 guests), elegant setting.

This is a six course experience celebrating the world's most distinguished wine regions, and pairs different wines with each course ranging from gold leaf risotto, caviar and condiments, Dover sole and Camembert bouillon, lobster tail bisque or breast of forest pigeon to Grand Marnier soufflé for dessert.
