Seven Seas Mariner

Compass Rose serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and features a variety of European-inspired Continental cuisine, as well as flavourful vegetarian and kosher dishes. Reservations are not necessary.

It is located on deck 5.

Signatures, located on deck 6 is open for dinner only, with reservations required.

Classic French cuisine, Quiche au Camembert and Foie Gras Terrine with Plum Marmalade tease the palate. Main courses include such dishes as Rack of Lamb with Morel Mushrooms and Melted Potato Garnishes and Magret Duck Fillet with Raspberry Vinaigrette.

Prime 7 serves classic steakhouse fare, and is decorated with supple leather wing-back chairs, burnished woods and rich earth-toned fabrics.

Located on deck 5, it is open for dinner only and reservations are required.

The Pool Grill on deck 11 is open air, yet abundantly shaded for comfortable dining. Enjoy grilled-to-order burgers, grilled seafood, sandwiches and fresh salads. Treat yourself to milk shakes, malts, and hand-dipped ice cream desserts.

La Veranda on deck 11 offers a breakfast buffet complete with fruits, pastries, cereal and more, while lunch features regional specialties. Dishes are presented in a buffet style that displays the diversity of the menu. La Veranda also features an authentic pizzeria and a shaded, open-air veranda for dining al fresco.
