A full range of detox body and facial treatments are available including Decleor Intensive Leg Relief Treatment (£45) or a 25 minute back, neck and shoulder massage for £35.00.

The ship has a small gym with exercise bikes, rowing machines and treadmills and offers exercise classes including yoga, zumba and "sit and be fit”.

The Saga Sapphire has four hot tubs on board, one located within the Spa on deck 2, one by the outdoor pool on deck 11 and two located by the View From The Top aft of deck 11.
