Royal Princess

The two tier Princess Theatre (on the Fiesta and Promenade Decks) features the ship's production shows, entertainers, enrichment programmes (such as the Scholarship@Sea) and movies during the day.

Princess Live is a TV studio where guests get the chance to experience what it feels like to be in the audience during the filming of TV shows. Princess' "The Wake" show will be filmed daily and broadcast to staterooms along with audience participation game shows which will also be broadcast to rooms the following day.

The venue will also be used for live musical performances giving audiences a more intimate interaction with the artists.

Refreshments are available from the adjoining Princess Live Cafe.

The Vista lounge is the ship's third main entertainment venue. Located on the Promenade Deck, and with its own bar, during the day activities range from bingo and art auctions to enrichment lectures.

At night live dance bands, late night comedy, cabaret features and themed nights (such as rock 'n' roll and 70's dance) will be on offer.

Club 6 on the Fiesta Deck is Royal Princess' nightclub including areas to relax with drinks prepared table-side.

Limelight is a digital photo studio where guests can have portraits done with a variety of back drops.

It located outside the Princess Theatre on the Promenade Deck.

Celebrations offers guests a selection of gifts to purchase for special occasions from chocolates to champagne.

It is located midship on the Plaza Deck of the ship.

Calypso Cove (Promenade Deck) is one of Royal Princess' duty free shops selling a range of tax and duty free liquor, tobacco, snacks, sundries and logo items and souvenirs.

Essence sells duty and tax free perfumes and cosmetics.

It is located on the Promenade Deck by the central piazza area.

Meridian Bay on the Promenade Deck sells duty and tax free handbags, sunglasses, fashion watches and accessories.

Facets, located on the Promenade Deck, sells duty and tax free fine jewellery and gifts.

The ship's photo and video gallery, located on the Fiesta Deck by the central atrium area, is where guests can view, and purchase, photos and video taken by the ships on board photographer.

It also features digital screens allowing guests to easily located their pictures without having to view the whole gallery.

Passengers may additionally purchase camera equipment and accessories here.

The Piazza is the central hub of the Royal Princess, featuring a three deck glass atrium and two sweeping marble staircases lit by lines of light descending from the apex down to the water features below.

On the Plaza Deck is a stage featuring a variety of entertainment during the day and night from musicians and performers to demonstrations.

Movies Under The Stars is the ship's giant outdoor movie screen (twice the size of those on other princess ships) airing concerts and sporting events along with movies.

Located above the sanctuary on the Sports Deck, at night guests are provided with freshly prepared popcorn and blankets during cooler weather.

ScholarShip@Sea offers guests a selection of up to 40 different classes to take part in ranging from wine tasting and cookery to ceramics, card making, art history at sea and pop choir.

Taking place at different locations throughout the ship, for some classes charges apply in particular where items are made which passengers get to take away with them.
