The Greenhouse Spa and Salon is home to the ship's wellness programmes accessible by over 18's only unless they are part of the kids and teens programmes (the salon is open to all ages).

The Spa includes steam rooms, saunas, aromatherapy showers, thermal ceramic loungers and massage rooms.

It can be found on the Lido Deck.

The ship's fitness centre on the Lido Deck overlooking the sea provides a range of exercise machines, free weights, treadmills and bikes along with a room for fitness classes.

Some fitness classes are free whilst others such as pilates, yoga and tai-chi cost $12 per session.

Minors are only permitted to use the facilities when accompanied by adults and no under 16's are allowed at any time.

The Rotterdam has 5 whirlpools/jacuzzis located as follows:-

Lido Pool - 2 whirlpools
The Retreat - 1 whirlpool
Greenhouse Spa - 2 whirlpools

The ship's beauty salon, located on the Lido Deck within the Greenhouse Spa, is a unisex salon.

It provides guests with a range of services from cuts and styling to manicures and pedicures.

The ship has two single sex saunas on the Lido Deck within the Greenhouse Spa.
