The Grand Dining Room on deck 6 is a tribute to the spirit of Europe’s marquee 5-star hotel restaurants that inspired its dignified yet convivial ambiance.

Continental cuisine or alternatives such as healthy, savoury Canyon Ranch® selections or Jacques Pépin’s signature dishes can be savoured here.

Red Ginger is located on deck 5 and with a nod to feng shui, it radiates harmony and tranquillity. Contemporary interpretations of Asian classics can be found here.

Comfortable and eclectic, the ambiance purely French, Jacques is located on deck 5 where tempting aromas of pork, duck, chicken and veal waft from the show rotisserie.

The Terrace Café on deck 12 offers sumptuous breakfast selections, whilst lunch serves an expansive menu of international dishes, rotisserie meats and pizzas. Dine either inside or alfresco at one of the shaded teak tables on the terrace; both areas offer stunning panoramic views.

For dinner, indulge in whole Maine lobster, roasted duckling, made-to-order grill dishes and pastas and paellas.

Gourmet burgers, hotdogs and succulent seafood made to order, along with fresh salads, hand-cut fries and homemade gelato, can all be ordered from the Waves Grill on deck 12.

La Reserve restaurant on deck 12 is decorated in a sophisticated décor to provide the ideal venue for wine tastings during the day and gourmet dinners at night.

Savour seven-course dinners where each course is paired with carefully selected premium wines. The menus are designed exclusively for that evening by the Executive Chef.

There is a good range of hot and cold antipasti, soup, pasta, salad, risotto, and main courses which include lobster, fish and veal. Popular choices include Carpaccio of Beef topped with aged reggiano parmigiano, Sautéed jumbo scampi wrapped in Proscuitto San Daniele, traditional porcini mushroom risotto with caramelized shallots and fresh thyme and milk-fed veal chop topped with sautéed Piedmonte wild mushroom sauce.

The Polo Grill is a traditional classic steakhouse, located on deck 14.

Favourite dishes include Lobster Bisque Topped with Morsels of Roasted Lobster, Caesar Salad, filet mignon, whole Main lobster gratinée and Surf and Turf.

The opulently decorated Privée on deck 14 can be reserved solely for exclusive parties of as many as 10 guests.
