Oceana's Gym is situated on the port side at the very back of Deck 12, next to the Oasis Spa and Terrace Pool.

With sea views, the gym’s facilities include cross trainers and treadmills, as well as a range of weight machines and free weights. There is also a spacious exercise room (which replaced the golf simulator during the ships refit at the end of 2012) with a sprung floor perfect for yoga, Pilates, body toning and aerobics, as well as other classes for all levels of fitness. Personal trainers and nutritional consultants are also on hand for guidance and advice.

Some classes such as Pilates and yoga attract a charge of £7 per 45 minute class.

Oceana has a total of six whirlpools on board, located as follows:

One aft of deck 14 by terrace bar, two aft of deck 12 outside the spa and one each midship of deck 12 by the Crystal pool and Riviera pool.

The Oasis Spa area is located just aft of the aft lifts, and fills the entire stern end of Deck 12. With facilities for both men and women, there is an extensive range of therapeutic and up lifting treatments available, from Balinese head massages to facials, manicures and body wraps. Guests can also a warming and cleansing visit to the complimentary sauna, steam rooms or jacuzzis.

Some examples of treatments on offer are as follows:

Facials range from 24 Karat Gold facials (£219) to Elemis Pro-Collagen Quartz Lift facial (£89), whilst passengers wishing to have relaxing massage can choose anything from a heated stone massage (£79) to reflexology (£79) or a customised deep tissue massage (£79).

Detoxifying treatments are also available replacing toxins with nutritious minerals and vitamins along with wellness therapies including acupuncture (£89).

For male guests, the gentlemen’s spa treatments include deep cleanse grooming treatments (£49) and shaves, facials (£69), de-stress treatments (£69), manicures (£19) and pedicures (£29).
