The Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness centre features an extensive range of exercise equipment, saunas, steam rooms, whirlpool baths and fitness classes including yoga and pilates. The full-service spa offers a beauty salon and spa treatments including massage, manicures and seaweed body wraps.
The Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness Centre is located within the ship's bow, completely forward of decks five and six.

The Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness space offers guests a line up of activities and treatments to benefit the mind, body, and spirit. It also includes YSPA, a separate and dedicated area that provides treatments and services for kids and teens such as a Me! Bath Ice Cream Manicure and Pedicure, and a Fabulously Fruity Facial.

There are twenty nine treatment rooms where guests can select from a wide range of therapies including 24 Karat Gold Facials, Fire and Ice Manicures, and acupuncture.

Also located within the Vitality at Sea Spa is a Medi-Spa area that offers cosmetic treatments such as BOTOX® Cosmetic, DYSPORT™, Restylane® and Perlane® dermal fillers. Other popular services include Acupuncture, Elemis Oxydermal Facials, Thai Herbal Poultice Massage, Elemis Aroma Spa Seaweed Massage, Ionithermie Cheek Lift Treatment, and GO SMiLE tooth whitening.

Male guests equally have a wide variety of options from which to choose including the closest shave to indulgent spa services.

There are pre treatment relaxation rooms upon arrival to ensure a relaxing experience from beginning to end.

Guests can keep fit at sea with state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment as well as a range of new class offerings, personal training, and nutritional counselling.

Exercise programs on offer include a Tour de Cycle program to enhance guests cardiac and physical capacity and increase metabolism or muscle strength with the Activio® heart rate feedback feature.
The Kinesis fitness program is ideal for a group or individual workout working the mind and body with movements aimed to improve balance, flexibility, and strength. With over 400 separate movements possible and over 250 exercises to choose from, Kinesis offers a range of circuit exercises.

Whilst some basis aerobic classes are free, those such as Yoga and Pilates cost $12 per class.

The adults only (over 16’s) Solarium located on decks 15 and 16 (forward), features a two deck high, glass panelled complex designed with seating on various “islands” surrounded by water providing guests with the sensation of floating on air.

With views over the front of the ship and the sea beyond, the open-air Solarium offers a tranquil circular swimming pool, 1.2m (3’11”) deep with a central fountain spraying gentle mists of water. Two whirlpools by the pool and four cantilevered whirlpools suspended 136 feet (41.5 metres) above the ocean with large glass windows to enjoy the views from and televisions showing sporting events, offer the perfect place to relax.

The mezzanine level with its own bar overlooks the pool deck below offering additional chaise lounges and seating whilst a healthy eating bistro can also be found in the Solarium on the lower deck.

The Solarium sports a large glass roof providing some shade which also has gaps in it to allow the warmth of the sun to permeate through and is decorated with greenery and palm trees making it a quiet and tranquil spot to visit.

In the evening hours, the Solarium Bistro transforms into an intimate, starlit restaurant with specialty dining and dancing. Also taking place in the Solarium is the late night dance club experience 'twenty'.

Cantilevered over the side of the ship outside the Solarium on deck 15 are four large whirlpools which extend 12 feet out from the ship, located at one of the highest points of Oasis. Two televisions located at these whirlpools air sporting events, whilst large glass windows offer an even better ocean view.

Five further whirlpools can be found around the ships Main Pool, Beach Pool and Sports Pool.

The Beauty Salon offers hair services ranging from colouring, cutting and blow drying to conditioning treatments along with nail services including manicures, pedicures, acrylic and gel nails and 14 day non chip polish.

The Vitality Thermal Suite features heated ceramic loungers, saunas and steam rooms including a dry heat room, tropical rain forest showers and heated loungers. Passes for the suite cost $30 for a day pass or $150 for a cruise long pass and are limited in number.

Central Park provides an outdoor area where guests can relax in a space full of trees and plants. The superstructure is divided into two and features two Crystal Canopies where guests can view activities taking place on the Royal Promenade below. Towering up either side of Central Park are 'living walls' spanning five decks and featuring flowering vines of red and white Mandevilla 'Sun Parasol', Petrea volubilis 'Purple Wreath', Clerodendron 'Bleeding Heart', Alternanthera dentata 'Purple Knight' and Thunbergia 'Stormy Sky'.

The Spa shop on deck 6 retails a range of cosmetics and lotions from both Elemis and bliss spa product lines.

The Cafe within the Vitality at Sea spa on deck 6 opens from 7am to 9pm and serves a range of complimentary snacks along with freshly squeezed fruit juices, vitamin drinks and power shakes (charges apply), making it the ideal place to visit after a relaxing massage or work out in the gym.
