The Internet is accessible on the Norwegian Jade either via the 24-hour Internet Cafe by the Art Gallery, or guests' own Wi-Fi enabled devices.

Internet Cafe (Computer Room)
The Internet Cafe on deck 7 by the Art Gallery with around eight terminals, is open 24 hours a day with an Internet Manager available during the day and early evening to assist guests to set up online time and use the workstations provided.
Guests can access the internet and emails on the computers for a per minute fee of $0.75.
Alternatively guests can opt for a Time Package Plan with the options of 250 minutes for $100 ($0.40 per minute) or 100 minutes for $55 ($0.55 per minute) on longer cruises or for cruises of 5 days or less, 60 minute for $24 ($0.40 per minute) or 30 minutes for $16.50 ($0.55 per minute).
A one off activation fee of $3.95 for initial log-in applies along with $0.50 per page charge for printing.
Guests are provided with a personal email address printed on their cruise ticket enabling them to use the CruisE-mail ™ system. Normal time charges apply while using the CruisE-mail™ and the activation fee still applies even if only utilizing the system. No further charges apply for viewing incoming emails whilst an additional charge of $3.95 for sending or replying to emails applies.
Alternatively guests can log on to their personal email accounts online.
A limited number of laptops are available for hire enabling guests to take advantage of the ship's wireless facilities (an option of $3 per day insurance is available if guests so wish).
