Guests staying in the Villas complex have access to their own small private fitness centre which includes treadmills, exercise bikes and a steam room.

The fitness centre features a fully-equipped ocean view gym with cardiovascular equipment, treadmills with TV screens for entertainment, bicycles, steppers and free weights along with a separate studio for classes such as spinning, yoga and pilates.

The fitness centre also has a squash court and boxercise ring along with a separate room for TRX Suspension Training®.

The TRX Suspension Training costs $60 for four sessions. TRX® training is a form of resistance training including bodyweight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and joint stability.

Other classes include Body Sculpt Boot Camp ($120 for 4 sessions), Tour de Cycle ($60 for four classes), Pilates and Yoga ($30 for 3 classes or $12 per class).

Personal training is also on offer at $85 per hour.

The Spa has a host of facilities including saunas and steam rooms, relaxation areas, a mood lit heated thalassotherapy pool which is 1.3m deep and heated ceramic relaxation lounges.

Unlimited cruise passes cost $199 per person or $199 per couple.

The spa also offers a range of treatments and massages from Aroma Stone Therapy and deep tissue muscle massage to facials and reflexology.

Norwegian Epic has a total of 9 hot tubs on board located as follows:

5 round the pools in the Aqua Park on deck 15
2 by the pool in Spice H2O aft of deck 15
2 in the Mandara Spa aft of deck 14 (only available to guests with Spa passes)

The Mandara Salon deck 14 within the Spa complex offers a range of men's and women's services from waxing and manicures to haircuts and shaves.

Spice H20 is a beach club located on deck 15 with its own grill, bar, pool and hot tubs and Ibiza inspired atmosphere with its own large outdoor LED screen.

It can accommodate up to 164 guests and is an adult only venue until 8pm.

The Courtyard Pool on deck 16 is exclusively for guests staying in the Villas Complex and includes two hot tubs and is surrounded by plush deck chairs and private cabanas.

The Courtyard Pool is 1.2m/4ft 2in deep.

The Spa Pool in the Mandara Spa on deck 14 is a thalassotherapy pool with waterfalls and relaxing mood lighting.

At 1.3m deep, the warm, mineral rich pool with hydrotherapy water jets helps ease general aches and pains.

Single Sex saunas are located in the Mandara Spa on deck 14.

Single sex steam rooms are located in the Mandara Spa on deck 14.

The Posh Beach Club on deck 18 is a 6449 square foot private sundeck area with plush seating, a bar and views over the midship pool areas and with shaded canopies. At night the area is an exclusive open air disco for villa and suite guests with a seating capacity of 120.

An additional 20 passes for guests not in villa and suite staterooms are sold per sailing at $59 per person and the guests can use the club from 9am to 5pm with a full bar service available (charges apply) including speciality cocktails created exclusively for Posh guests.

The Medi Spa offers a range of treatment including BOTOX®, Restylane® and Perlane® treatments along with acupuncture and can be found on deck 14 of the ship by the Mandara Spa.

The Smile Spa, located on deck 14 outside the Mandara Spa, offers teeth whitening services.

The Barber Shop on deck 7 offers a range of services for men (in addition to the Salon within the Spa on deck 14) from traditional shaves and haircuts to moisturising grooming treatments.
