Guests can access their emails and the internet either via their own wireless devices or the royalcaribbean Onlinesm computer stations located outside the aft elevators on deck 8 overlooking the Centrum, where a black and white printer can also be accessed.
Charges apply for both printing and internet access and are the same whether using the ships facilities or guests own wireless enabled devices. Costs are $0.65 per minute, with the choice of purchasing a number of different packages for guests who wish to use the internet for any length of time during their cruise. The following packages (subject to change) are available and any unused minutes are non-refundable.
60 minutes = $35 or $0.58 per minute
100 minutes = $55 or $0.55 per minute
150 minutes = $75 or $0.50 per minute
250 minutes = $100 or $0.40 per minute
500 minute = $150 or $0.30 per minute
An Internet Early Bird Special is also available between the hours of 7.00am to 9.00am for $0.44 per minute.

Guests wishing to access the internet and emails can drop by royalcaribbean OnlineSM located by the aft elevators on deck 8 overlooking the Centrum to use the computer workstations (a per minute rate applies). A black and white printer is also available with charges per sheet printed.

Wi-Fi (Wireless)
Guests can use their own wireless enabled devices, via the ships Wi-Fi hot spots to access the internet and emails. To use this service, guests must visit royalcaribbean OnlineSM on deck 8 to activate an account. Hot spots are located in Cloud 9 on deck 14, the Conference Centre on deck 2, the Royal Promenade on deck 5 and the Solarium on deck 11. During the ships refit at the beginning of 2014 pervasive (ship wide) wi-fi is due to be added.
In order to make use of Wi-Fi access guests laptops will require the Windows operating system and also 802.11b Wireless networking capability (wifi enabled). Guests should also be able to use other Wi-Fi enabled item such as tablets (iPad, Blackberry Playbook etc) or Blackberry, iPhone or other smartphone.
Due to the nature of maritime satellite Internet connection, applications such as VPN, Remote Access and VOIP (including Skype®) are not supported and may or may not work.
