Seven Continents Restaurant (Main Dining Room)
Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Seven Continents is Discovery’s main dining room open for waiter service breakfast, lunch and dinner and located on the Coral Deck.
Breakfast and lunch are open seating whilst dinner is formal seating at either 6.30pm or 8.30pm at set tables for the duration of the cruise.
Breakfast, served from 7.30am to 9.00am, is a mix of waiter service from the menu along with self service buffet items such as cereals, fruit and breads available at the end of the dining room.
Waiter service lunch is available from 12.30 to 1.30pm with a selection of hot and cold dishes similar to those served in the buffet, including vegetarian selections, hot dogs and burgers which are always available.
Dinner is served at 6.30pm and 8.30pm, offering a five course menu featuring a blend of traditional fare along with international specialities. The left hand side of the menu includes suggestions from the chef, always available options (such as chicken, salmon, minute steak and pasta) and wine recommendations. The right hand side lists the full dinner menu of appetisers (choice of two), salad (such as Caesar salad), From the Tureen (choice of two soups), Main course (selection of three dishes plus a pasta dish) and Dessert (three choices along with a selection of Ice cream with toppings and a cheese board).

Featuring an ocean view, and open for breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea is the ships casual buffet dining area located on the Sun deck.
Complimentary tea and coffee is available in the buffet from 6.30am to 10.00pm, with hot drinks and speciality coffees also available from any of the ships bars for a small charge.
An English buffet breakfast is served from 7.00am to 10.00am with items such as eggs cooked to order, ham, bacon, sausages, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt and pastries.
Lunch, served from 11.30am to 2.00pm offers a themed speciality selection ranging from Pasta Festivals, Sunday Roast and Oriental lunches to Burger shacks along with a daily salad bar, selection of cold meats and cheeses, soup, casseroles, fresh fish, barbeque selections, fresh fruit and desserts.
Ice cream, in a changing choice of four different flavours, is available during lunch and afternoon from a cart located outside the buffet on the lido deck served in either cones or bowls and a variety of different toppings.
Afternoon tea is available from 4.00pm with a choice of made to order sandwiches, cakes, biscuits, hot desserts and cream teas.
A late night buffet is also served from 11pm which usually includes a hot dish (such as cottage pie), cold meats, bread, cheese, fruit and cakes.

The complimentary Yacht Club is MV Discovery’s “invitation only” silver service dining room, open from 6.30pm. Guests are required to make reservations as only a limited number of tables are available and invitations are usually limited to one visit for each guest per week.
The three course meal features speciality menus ranging from Italian and Oriental to Jazz themes. An example of the Jazz inspired menu begins with a starter of fresh marinated salmon salad, main of grilled tuna steak served on a bed of creamed potatoes with wilted spinach, asparagus, carrots glazed with truffle oil and a balsamic reduction followed by dessert.

Palm Court, starboard of the Riviera deck, offers guests a quiet place to sit and relax. Tea and biscuits are served at 4.00pm along with late night snacks from 11pm.
