MSC Preziosa

L’Arabesque is the ship's 766 seat panoramic aft main dining room on deck 6 of the ship. With laminated wood and grey, white and peach marble floors the restaurant offers beautiful décor against a backdrop of the ocean. Serving daily menus with Mediterranean and International dishes, the restaurant also offers a quick 30 minute Express lunch each day.

The Golden Lobster is the ship's second main dining room arranged on two levels with seating for 626 guests on deck 5 and 529 guests on deck 6.

With its marble floors, gold textile chairs and Murano glass appliqués, the opulently decorated restaurant serves a mix of Mediterranean and international cuisine and also offers a 30 minute Express lunch menu for guests going on afternoon excursions or wanting a quick waiter service meal as opposed to the self service buffet option.

La Locanda is Preziosa’s Pizzeria Wine bar, seating 105 guests and located on deck 7 of the ship just outside the Italian Eataly and Ristorante Italia restaurants.

The casual dining option serves traditional fresh stone baked pizza (charges apply of around €7 for pizza and a drink) along with complimentary tapas and hors d’oeuvres to enjoy with a selection of wine either by the glass or bottle, cocktails, beer and cider.

The menu includes a 1 metre pizza for guests to enjoy along with a metre long strip of wood containing the equivalent of 10 glasses of beer to quench their thirst.

The Phoenician Plaza offers guests somewhere to sit and relax and is perfectly located for those taking a break from shopping in the plaza. It is located at the heart of the ship on deck 6 with seating for 80 guests and live music.

The area features a Gelateria and Pasticceria along with La Chocolaterie which is a black and white chocolate fountain with skewers of fresh fruit and marshmallows.

Examples of dishes from the Pasticceria include crème bavaroise with almonds and berries, chocolate semifreddo, vanilla and rose macaroon cream, sponge cake soaked in rum flavoured syrup filled with cannoli cream and meringues.

Pastries cost from around €1.50 for small tartlets, €0.80 for chocolate éclairs and €1.00 for chocolate mousse to €2.90 for a slice of fruitcake or cheesecake and €3.90 for sponge cakes such as Chocó Light Bomb and Raspberry Mousse Cake. Also sells liquors.

Traditional Gelato Ice Cream is €1.20 per scoop, €2.50 per cone, $3.90 for a smoothie and €5.30 for a banana split or Vanilla and Strawberry ice cream with fresh strawberries.

Ice cream flavours range from chocolate, vanilla, hazelnut and pistachio to coffee, strawberry, mango, lemon, banana, melon, peach and raspberry.

Turquoise, located by La Playa Preciosa pool on deck 14, seats 97 guests and in addition to drinks, serves the pool area with ice cream (charges apply).

Eataly is a high quality Italian food store where guests can learn about the finest Italian food before either eating it at the counter seating accommodating 115 guests or purchasing products ranging from aged balsamic vinegar and Ligurian olive oil to dried pasta, artisanal sweets and chemical-free wines to take home with them.

It is located towards the aft of deck 7, port side, and is open for lunch and dinner.

Designed upon the concept of the Eataly Food Chain, 18 simple dishes are available to choose from made with products ranging from pasta, vegetables and seafood to meats and cheeses to consume in the relaxed simple atmosphere.

Examples of dishes include potato ravioli with green beans, pecorino cheese, pesto and toasted pine nuts and turbot in soft breadcrumbs with herbs, artichokes and olives.

Charges are à la carte.

Ristorante Italia is next to Eataly on deck 7, and is open for dinner only and seats 30 guests. It continues the Eataly concept of slow food where emphasis is on using food from local artisan producers which is sustainable, affordable and accessible.

Serving an Italian menu made from high quality ingredients, guests can learn about the food they are eating and pair each dish with appropriate wine choices to complete the whole dining experience.

Charges are table d'hôte (set) at around €30.

Based on the style of 1950s supper clubs, the à la carte Galaxy Lounge on deck 16 with its panoramic views and background music offers a lazy brunch or Mediterranean fusion cuisine dinner menu before transforming into the ship's disco spot at night.

Inca is one of Preziosa’s two self service buffets, located on deck 14 with seating for 412 guests and open from 6.00am to 2.00am.

Featuring speciality corners, a range of fresh dishes including pasta, pizza and ethnic dishes, Mediterranean specialities, cheeses, cold cuts and desserts are served in addition to a dedicated children’s corner to cater for the youngsters on board.

Maya is Preziosa’s other self service buffet restaurant serving the same menu as Inca with a wide selection of Mediterranean and international dishes from 6.00am to 2.00am.

It is located on deck 14 and seats 404 guests.

The ship's Sports and Bowling Diner serves a la carte snacks to enjoy whilst catching a sports match on the large screens or having a game of ten pin bowling. It is located on deck 7 with seating for 87 guests.

The food served is based on American favourites including onion rings, chicken Caesar salad, pork ribs, buffalo wings, coconut shrimp, a selection of sandwiches and hamburgers.

MSC Yacht Club’s exclusive gourmet flexible dining restaurant, La Palmeraie, is located on deck 15 with seating for 100 guests and panoramic views out over the infinity garden pool.

Open for a full hot breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu offers a mix of Mediterranean and international cuisine prepared using the finest of ingredients along with a selection of cheeses, preserves, honey and fruit.

The One Bar is located on deck 18 by the pool within the MSC Yacht Club, and serves an enriched breakfast and lunch buffet including appetizers, home-made pasta dishes, fresh sandwiches and a selection of fruits and desserts.

The spacious MSC Yacht Club’s Top Sail Lounge, forward of deck 15, serves a variety of gourmet finger food throughout the day and night as well as a continental breakfast with waiter served coffee, traditional afternoon tea, a light buffet lunch and Chef's Special late night surprise.

Nutella Corner is located near the Aqua Park pool on deck 14, and serves chocolate crêpes and the Happy Puppy Ice crystal drink stand where children can purchase ice slush drinks in a variety of flavours and colours.

An example of food on offer on the children’s menu is soup or pizza, pasta (such as spaghetti Bolognese or carbonara), fish in tomato sauce, hot dogs, burgers or omelettes served with fries or vegetables and desserts including ice cream, jelly or dessert of the day.

Newly introduced to MSC Cruises is MSC Happy Dinners where children select a meal from the kid's menu which is served whilst the adults are enjoying their first course. Once the children have finished their meal specialised Kid's Club staff collect them to have fun with friends whilst parents enjoy the rest of their meal.

There is no charge for this service and parents simply need to register their children in advance.

An alternative to MSC Happy Dinners, youngsters can opt for Fun Time Dinners where they dine in a separate specially decorated area of the buffet restaurant, watched over by the entertainment team before departing to the Mini or Junior Clubs where parents can collect them from once they have finished their own meal.

Three of these events are themed into Welcome Party, Italian Party and Farewell party.

Accommodating children from the age of three to eleven, Fun Time Dinners are complimentary and parents simply need to register their children in advance.

A complimentary continental breakfast of pastries, fruit and toast with tea and coffee is served between 7.30 am and 10am (just complete doorknob menu and place outside door before 2am).
