MSC Orchestra

The 1160 square meter MSC Aurea Spa can be found on deck 13 of the ship and opens from 8.00am to 8.00pm. Within the spa complex are three whirlpool baths, saunas, Turkish baths, a beauty parlour with hairdresser and beautician, solarium relaxation area, thalassotherapy baths, gym and bar and a number of treatment rooms.

Treatments on offer range from massages with lava stones and facial treatments to Balinese massages, Aromatherapy and chromotheryapy.

Charges apply and packages can be purchased either prior to sailing or on board with examples as follows:

Thermal area passes are available either for the day or entire cruise at around €16 per person for an hour or €99 for a week.

Diamond Orchid Deluxe (€390 or €690 per couple booked pre-sail, €715 or €1430 per couple booked on-board). The package includes a welcome cocktail, consultation; entrance to thermal spa for cruise duration, facial treatment, Bali Thalasso “Flowers and Sea”, Bali Thalasso “Sea and Volcanoes” and a choice of either a Bali Moisture of the Sun Set treatment or Bali Luxury treatment for men.

Golden Jasmine (€290 booked pre-sail, €564 booked on-board). This package includes a welcome cocktail, consultation, entrance to thermal spa for cruise duration, Bali Massage, Bali Massage with foot reflexology, facial treatment, Bali Thalasso “Flowers and Sea”

Bali Wellness Package (€90 booked pre-sail, €138 booked on-board). The wellness package comprises of a Bali Massage, facial treatment and daily pass to thermal suite with aromatherapy.

The spa area also has its own vitamin bar selling a range of drinks from Vitamin drinks and alcoholic cocktails to hot drinks, energy drinks, soft drinks and fruit juice.

The ship's Fitness Centre is located on deck 13 and opens from around 6.00am to 10.00pm. It features a range of equipment from technogym™ treadmills and steppers with inbuilt TV screens to resistance machines and free weights along with a separate aerobics area and sea views.

Morning aerobic classes are complimentary whilst classes such as Pilates are around €10 per class.

The centre is not open to children under the age of 14.

MSC Orchestra has a total of 7 whirlpool baths on board. Each pool on deck 13 has two whirlpools whilst the thermal suite within the spa on deck 13 has a further three whirlpools (charges apply for the use of the thermal suite dependent upon the cruise itinerary).

The ship's hair salon on deck 13 within the spa, offers a range of services from shampoos and blow dry’s to cuts, colours, manicures, pedicures and makeup.

It is open from 8.00am to 8.00pm.

MSC Orchestra has two saunas on board within the spa area on deck 13 of the ship.

The ship's two different scented Turkish baths, located within the Spa on deck 13, form part of the thermal suite and open from around 8.00am to 9pm. For some cruise destinations, the thermal suite is complimentary whilst for others there is a charge.

The Thalassotherapy baths within the spa on deck 13 are part of the treatment rooms and feature warm water baths with relaxing jets and scents to ease away aches and pains.
