MSC Magnifica

With seating for 1240 guests, the state of the art Royal Theatre spanning decks 6 and 7 is home to MSC Magnifica’s shows ranging from singers and jugglers to shadow puppeteers and acrobatic gymnastics.

Show times are around 7.15pm for guests on 2nd seating dinner and 9.15pm for guests on 1st seating dinner.

L’Ametista is the ship's show lounge on deck 7 with seating for 330, a dance floor and bar.

Activities range from culinary demonstrations, karaoke and dance competitions to music games, audience participation game shows and talent shows along with music ranging from jazz to dance music.

Additionally some of the ship's midnight buffets are held here with a range of snacks for guests to enjoy such as mini pastries.

The large Tiger Bar on deck 6 seats 439 guests and has its own dance floor.

The bar plays host to a variety of activities from Sudoku, arts and crafts and fruit and vegetable carving demonstrations to aerobics, dance classes, bingo and games.

Music on offer in the evening ranges from dance music to international music, with some of the ship's midnight buffets also taking place here providing a range of late night snacks for guests to enjoy such as mini pastries.

T32 aft of deck 14 seats 172 guests and is the ship's disco and home to two ten pin bowling lanes and its own bar.

During the day activities such as dance lessons and Teen club events are held here.

The Atlantic City Casino is located on deck 7 and features arrange of slot machines and games tables from roulette and blackjack to poker.

It is served by its own bar and opens to over 18’s only. It opens every day and night whilst at sea but is closed when in port to comply with customs regulations.

Magnifica’s 4D eight seat cinema, with 3D graphics and moving seats to enhance guests experience, is located on deck 14 aft and costs around €7.90 per viewing.

The Poker Room is located within the casino on deck 7, and seats 28 guests. It is a separate card room for Texas Hold’Em games.

The ship's Photo Gallery on deck 7, displays photos and videos of guests taken by the ship's official photographers which guests can purchase if they wish to. Guests can also have portraits taken with a selection of backdrops or locations throughout the ship.

Selections of photographic products are also on sale ranging from films and batteries to digital cameras and video cameras at duty free prices.

The Logo Shop on deck 6 retails MSC logo items and toys from hooded sweatshirts and polo shirts to coffee mugs, toys and games.

Le Parfum on deck 6 sells a range of perfumes and cosmetics with brands including Dior, Lancôme and Guerlain.

L’Angolo Dell’Oggetto on deck 6 sells sunglasses, fashion jewellery and watches by the likes of DKNY, Calvin Klein, Armani, Guess, Tissot and Citizen.

Il Rubino on deck 6 sells deluxe accessories and jewellery including brands such as Pandora and Chimento.

The ship's duty free shop on deck 6 sells a range of tobacco, liquor and electrical equipment including Nintendo DS games consoles and Apple iPods and iPads.

Bond Street on deck 6 is the ship's fashion boutique for men, women and children selling brands such as Lacoste and Tommy Hilfiger.

The Accessories Shop on deck 6 sells a selection of bags, belts and leather goods.

Ten pin bowling is available in T32 aft of deck 14.

The bowling alley is designed for maximum entertainment and impact, including a traditional-looking bowling surface made of a tough phenol compound which allows guests to enjoy a game without changing shoes. The alleys are scaled down to work within the area and the bowls themselves are smaller than usual, making them more manageable for youngsters.

The alley also incorporates two large LCD electronic screens featuring interactive videogame animations with a choice of Ten Pin Tour and Turkey Shoot.

The bowling is operated by tokens, priced at around €5 per game, which are available from reception on deck 5, the adjacent 4D cinema, within the T32 disco itself and from vending machines.
