The ship's fitness centre housing its gym and aerobics studio can be found aft of the Lido Deck.

It features a range of equipment from treadmills and exercise bikes to weight training equipment and free weights.

The aerobics studio provides some complimentary classes such as Zumba whilst pilates and yoga cost $12 per session.

Under 16's are not permitted to use the fitness centre.

Island Princess has 5 hot tubs on board.

All located on the Lido Deck, the Lotus Pool has two hot tubs either side of it whilst the Lido Pool has three.

The Lotus Spa on the Lido Deck includes the ship's beauty salon and a number of massage and treatment rooms including a thermal suite with heated stone loungers and mild aromatic steam rooms (charges apply).

The Spa also includes two saunas for passengers to use.

The unisex beauty salon offers a range of services from hair cuts and styling to manicures, teeth whitening and barber services.

It is located on the Lido Deck within the Lotus Spa facilities.

The Lotus pool is the ship's adult only swim against the current lap pool. It is located on the Lido Deck.

The ship has two saunas located within the Lotus Spa on the Lido Deck.

The Sanctuary provides guests with an exclusive outdoor spa inspired area with double loungers and deluxe chaise longue and chairs.

Signature beverages and light meals are available along with massages, personal MP3 players with noise cancelling headphones loaded with relaxing tracks and attentive steward service.

Located aft of the Lido and Sun Deck with steps leading down to the Sanctuary pool, charges are $10 for half a day or $20 for a full days pass.

Outdoor private cabanas are also provided for guests to take advantage of the Lotus Spa services.
