Alhambra (Theatre)
The 1320 seat Alhambra Theatre lies forward of the ship with seating on decks 2, 3 and 4 and featuring a total of five stories from the Orchestra pit to doomed ceiling.
The theatre is used for a multitude of entertainment from game shows and bingo during the day (charges apply to play bingo from around $22 to $48 for four games), whilst at night it is the venue for the ships West End Style Shows from Magic and ‘Rat Pack’ style shows to comedy musicals.

Pyramid (Show Lounge)
The Pyramid Lounge lays forward of deck 5 and, seating 299 guests, is a large lounge used for receptions, themed parties, karaoke and other entertainment. Featuring live music, dancing and events such as bingo, quizzes and game shows also take place here.
The Labyrinth (Night Club)
The Labyrinth is the ship's 218 seat Nightclub located outside the theatre on deck 4. Featuring gothic and neon décor along with inspiration from the tower of London with models of Beefeaters and ravens, The Labyrinth hosts family club nights, teen discos, and DJs later in the night. The club is two levels high with the dance floor on the lower level with bars upstairs and downstairs.

Casino Royale
Midship of deck 4 by the photo gallery and served by its own bar is the ships 447 seat casino featuring 300 Slot Machines and nearly 20 gaming tables including Video Poker, Blackjack, Craps, Roulette and Caribbean Stud Poker. Guests using the casino can either pay cash or use their Sea Pass card to play games.
With a large selection to choose from, the slot machines range from nickel slots up to dollar machines. Royal Slot Tournaments also take place on-board which is a qualifying tournament for a grand finale slot tournament later in the year and requires a $25 entry fee.

Screening Room (Cinema)
Just outside the Alhambra Theatre on deck 2, the Screening Room is the ships indoor cinema showing a wide variety of movies throughout the day and night. It has room for 60 guests per screening. Movies are also screened on the large poolside outdoor LED screen located on deck 11.
Seven Hearts (Cards Room)
Seven Hearts on deck 14 seats 33 guests and is the ship's 24 hour card and games room.
Royal Promenade (Shop)
The Royal Promenade, as well as featuring an array of shops, bars and eateries, is also the location for the ship's street style parades including the Mad Hatter parade that take place several times throughout a cruise with choreographed dancing , music and performances taking place.
Photo Gallery & Shop
The Photo Gallery and Shop on deck 4 by the atrium is where guests can visit to view professional photographs of their experiences onboard. In addition the latest cameras and accessories are available to purchase along with a digital studio allowing passengers to download and print images from their digital cameras.
Pets at Sea (Shop)
Children can make their own cuddly toys in the Pets at Sea shop which opens on deck 12 within the Challengers Video Arcade periodically throughout a cruise, with a selection of animals and outfits to choose from.

The Perfume Shop, located on the Royal Promenade (deck 5), stocks all the latest fragrances, skincare products and cosmetics, all at duty free prices and featuring brands such as Dior, Clinique and Molton Brown.
SeaTrek Dive Shop
The SeaTrek Dive Shop located on deck 11 aft of the H2O Zone, starboard side sells water gear including wet suits, snorkelling gear and flippers along with souvenirs. It also rents out wetsuits for people who wish to wear them for FlowRider.
People wishing to obtain a PADI certification for diving can visit SeaTrek to find out more information on the courses which are run.
The course teaches the basics of diving through participation in pool dives, knowledge development sessions and two dives in some of the best locations in the world. Upon completion of the course, guests will be awarded the PADI Scuba Diver certification. Participants must be at least 12 years old to take part in the classes which cost $249.00 per person.

Desire is the ship's Fashion Boutique located along the Royal Promenade selling designer bags from the likes of Guess, Fiorelli, Fossil and Radley, watches including brands such as Invicta, Ice, Michael Kors, Accurist, Sekonda, Guess and Citizen and jewellery and accessories from Swarovski, Kalifano, Fire CZ and Isa Bella.

Selling duty free spirits, tobacco and sweets is the ship's duty free shop located along the Royal Promenade on deck 5 of the ship. Any alcohol purchased will be distributed at the end of the cruise.

The Centrum is a multiple-story atrium surrounded by bars, lounges and shops offering an array of merchandise ranging from perfume and jewellery to liquor and cruise wear.

Installed during Independence's refit in May 2013, The outdoor movie screen flanks the sports and main pools on deck 11 and air movies and sporting events during the day and night.

Perched high above the ocean on deck 14 the Viking Crown Lounge is a comfortable lounge offering spectacular vistas by day and a lively dance club at night.

Studio B on deck 3 seats 760 guests and is a multi-purpose studio complex filled with activity throughout the day from ice-skating to cooking demonstrations along with the ships ice shows and Quest audience participation game show.
