The Botticelli Dining Room is the ship's traditional dining room allowing guests to eat at the same time and table each evening with either an early option of 6pm or late option of 8.15pm. It also offers anytime dining options from 5.30pm.

All three main dining rooms tend to offer the same four course dinner menu with set choices on one side of the menu and nightly changing themed selections on the other side. The option of an 'always available menu' is also provided including steaks, chicken breast and salmon.

Examples of evening meals include poached seafood and avocado, vegetarian spring rolls or blue crab cake quiche for starters, grilled vegetables on lettuce salad or tortellini and spinach soup, New York strip with peppercorn sauce, lobster or spaghetti carbonara for mains and pistachio ice cream, chocolate cake or fresh fruits for dessert.

Vegetarian options such as aubergine lasagne and fettuccine alfredo are also available along with Lotus Spa healthy options.

The Da Vinci Dining Room on the Fiesta Deck (6) is open for breakfast, served between 7.30am and 9.30am, afternoon tea from 3.30 to 4.30 and Princess' Anytime Seating Option for Dinner from 7.30pm to 10pm.

Breakfast options range from cereals, bagels with smoked salmon and cream cheese, eggs cooked in a variety of ways, fresh fruit, pancakes, muffins and pastries, cold meats and two specials each morning such as Alaska scrambler or eggs Florentine.

Examples of lunch choices include chefs salad, hamburgers and chicken burgers, tortilla soup, roast beef sandwiches and fried catfish.

Afternoon tea offers finger sandwiches, pastries, scones and cookies served with white-glove service accompanied by a wide selection of premium teas or coffee and music for entertainment.

Grand Princess Michelangelo Dining Room on deck 5 (Plaza) of the ship is open for dinner only between 5.30pm and 10pm with anytime seating arrangements allowing passengers the flexibility to select a dining time to suit each day, seated either with other guests or at a table for two (dependent upon availability).

Sabatini's Italian restaurant, located outside the Vista Lounge on the Promenade Deck (7) offering fine dining, is one of the ship's two additional charge select restaurants with reservations recommended.

Open from 6 pm to 11 pm, Sabatini's offers speciality Italian cuisine and premium seafood on an a la carte menu. The three course menu begins with Antipasti consisting of hot and cold appetisers, soups and salads, followed by a pasta course featuring the chef's nightly speciality, and then the Secondi Piatti (main courses) offering meat, seafood and chicken options.

Sabatini's is also open to suite passengers from around 7.30am to 10.30am for complementary breakfast beginning with a glass of Mimosa (orange juice & champagne cocktail).

The menu offers different selections from the other restaurants serving breakfast, such as chilled melon with mint, selection of speciality teas and coffees, BLT sandwiches, brioche French toast, and Belgian waffles.

Open from 11am until late Alfredo's Pizzeria, on the Plaza Deck (5), serves complimentary thin crust authentic hand made individual whole pizzas baked to order.

Choices range from Grand Princess with Buffalo mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, Parma ham and shaved parmesan to Tarantina with mozzarella, mussels, shrimp, roasted garlic, capers and basil.

Drinks are also available and although salads and desserts aren't, they can be accessed from the International Cafe nearby.

Crown Grill located aft on deck 7 (Promenade Deck) is the ship's other additional charge 160 seat restaurant with reservations recommended. Open for dinner only between 6.30pm and 11pm (subject to change), Crown Grill features premium beef and seafood items along with appetizers and special desserts.

Examples of food on offer include black tiger prawns or seared pacific scallops for appetizers, black and blue onion soup or marinated goat's cheese and tomato salad, Chilean sea bass, pan roasted barramundi, New Zealand lamb rack and rib eye steak for mains and molten chocolate cake or lemon meringue pudding tart for dessert.

Some items may be subject to additional charge for example the option of either a whole Maine lobster or Brazilian Lobster tail costs an additional $9.

Crown Grill also hosts the ship's traditional pub lunch which takes place on select days during the cruise where passengers can enjoy English fare ranging from fish and chips to Ploughman's lunch, free of charge.

For passengers wishing to enjoy a romantic dining experience with breathtaking views from their own balcony, this special room service option is available for either breakfast (at $32 per couple) or dinner ($50 per person).

Breakfast includes speciality pastries, fresh fruits, quiche, smoked salmon and other special treats served with half a bottle of champagne.

For dinner, personal dedicated wait staff serve a special dining experience on guests' stateroom balconies.

Dinner begins with a hosted cocktail party with fresh flowers and champagne followed by a deluxe four-course meal of appetisers, salad, main course such as lobster tail or juicy steak, rounded off by dessert.

Passengers can make use of the complimentary room service at any time of the day or night. For continental breakfast guests can fill in the breakfast card and place it on their door at night.

With coffee, iced tea and milk available round the clock, food options range from sandwiches served with either fries, crisps or coleslaw, soups and salads, hot dishes such as beef chilli, lasagne and burgers, and sweets such as chocolate cake or cookies.

The International Cafe is open 24 hours a day, and can be found on the Plaza Deck (5) of the ship.

Conveniently located in The Piazza area, which hosts a variety of entertainment during the day and evening, the cafe serves an ever changing selection of quick bites and light meal choices.

In the morning freshly baked croissants and Danish pastries are available with panini, quiches and salads on offer in the afternoon and evenings.

Throughout the day freshly baked cookies are served along with specialty coffees and teas.

Drinks attract a nominal charge as do some of the food items which are individually priced. A cafe selects coffee card is available for $29 for 15 espresso-based speciality coffees.

The Chef's Table experience provides the chance to tour the ship's busy galley during dinner service, where the ship's executive chef previews the evenings menu with a selection of hors d'oeuvres and Champagne for guests to enjoy.

Guests are then taken to a private table in the main dining room to enjoy a specially created multi-course menu accompanied by selected wines to complement each course.

During the dessert course the chef re-joins the table to discuss the evenings menu and share their culinary knowledge.

Available for up to 10 passengers per night (which may include mixed groups), the experience can be booked either through the ships DINE telephone line or at the dining reservations table set up on the first night of the cruise.

The experience costs $95 per person and includes a complimentary copy of Princess' cookery book and photo taken at the private table with the chef.

Menus tend to be formed around regional specialities from a recent port visited and an example of one such menu includes (amongst other dishes):-
