Disney Wonder

Goofy's Pool, one of 3 freshwater pools on the Disney Wonder, is designed for families and can be located midship of deck 9. The pool opens from around 8.00am to 10.00pm each day.

Featuring a picture of Goofy on the pool floor along with 2 whirlpool spas, the maximum depth is 4 feet and Goofy's Pool is heated if the temperature falls below 75 degrees Fahrenheit enabling the pool to be accessed in all weather.

Goofy's Pool is the ideal family pool and includes an array of deck chairs, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Adult supervision is required for guests under the age of 16.

Pinocchio's Pizzeria, a Quick Service restaurant serving a variety of pizzas during lunchtime and late-night is ideally located next to the pool enabling guests to grab a quick bite to eat without having to get changed.

Entertainment ranges from games and activities hosted by Cast Members to the jumbo 24 by 14 foot LED television screen known as Funnel Vision airing classic Disney animated and live-action movies, popular TV shows and major sporting and broadcast events poolside.

The Goofy's Pool area also features a stage where many daytime deck activities and night time deck parties take place, including the Adventures Away! Sail-Away Celebration gala and the Pirates In the Caribbean deck party. During such events, an automated floor slides out and seamlessly covers the pool, allowing guests more deck space to enjoy the festivities.

The United States Public Health Service requires that only children who are toilet trained are permitted to enter swimming pools and spas aboard cruise ships.

Children who are not toilet trained can use the Mickey's Splash Zone, where they must wear swim nappies/diapers. Snorkel equipment and swim goggles are also not permitted in pools, hot tubs or water-play areas.

As a courtesy, complimentary pool vests are available on the pool decks which can only be worn by children in the swimming pools to help with flotation, and must not be taken ashore at ports of call, including Castaway Cay.

Mickey's Pool area includes a twisting, one-deck-high yellow slide suspended by a gigantic Mickey Mouse hand. To use the slide, children must be between the ages of 4 and 14, with a minimum height of 38 inches and a maximum height of 64 inches.

Wide World of Sports Deck is an open-air activities area with basketball and volleyball courts and is located on deck 10 of the Disney Wonder.

The area is also a great place to gaze out at the ocean and enjoy the sea breezes as it offers the highest vantage point for panoramic views.

Table Tennis (Ping Pong) tables can be located on deck 9 for either a family game or organised competition in the open air.

Disney Wonder has shuffleboard courts located on deck 4 where guests can enjoy a one-on-one traditional "knock off" game or team up for "Horse Collar" or "Crazy Eight" games.

Guests wishing to partake in an energising walk or jog with stunning views over the open sea while circumnavigating the length of the ship can do so on the 1/3-mile running track located on deck 4.
