The Disney Cruise Line Fitness Centre is a well-appointed exercise facility with ocean views and located forward of deck 11 next to the Senses Spa & Salon.

The centre offers everything guests need to work out while at sea, including:

State-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment, such as Spinning machines, treadmills and ellipticals
Weight machines
Classes and seminars offering aerobics, yoga, Pilate’s instruction and more
Customized individual 60 minute fitness training with a personal trainer ($75.00 plus gratuity)

The Fitness Centre is an adults-only venue open from around 6.00am to 8.00pm each day except when the ship is docked. Reservations for instructional classes, seminars or one-on-one training sessions may be set up at the Fitness Centre any time after 1.00pm on the first day onboard the ship or any time thereafter.

N.B. Guests are required to be 18 years of age or older to use the facilities and proper attire and athletic shoes must be worn.

Senses Spa & Salon offers therapeutic and beautifying personal care services for men and women. Spanning decks 11 and 12, forward, Senses includes:

17 private treatment rooms
2 private luxury Villas
The Relax Room (an area for Guests to use before or after treatments)
The Rainforest Room (which includes a Hammam -steam bath, a Caldarium -steam room and Laconium -dry sauna)

Additional Senses Spa & Salon amenities include:

Reserved for Guests 18 years of age and older, spa services are not included with the price of the cruise and are all subject to 18% gratuity on top of the treatment cost. Charges also apply to use the Rainforest Room.

The Rainforest area with scented showers, aroma steam rooms, sauna rooms, heated lounges and private jacuzzi all with ocean views, is located within Senses Spa and Salon forward of deck 11. Limited numbers of passes are available per cruise and cost $193.00 for a couple’s pass or $144.00 for a single pass for the duration of the cruise.

Salon services for both women and men are available at the Senses Spa & Salon located forward of deck 11 and include manicures, pedicures, hairstyling, Teeth whitening at the Smile Spa and a barber shop featuring traditional men's grooming services.

Salon services cannot be booked online and are provided on a walk-in or appointment basis. Reservations for salon services can be arranged any time after 1.00pm on boarding day.

Quiet Cove Pool, one of 3 freshwater pools on the Disney Fantasy and located forward of deck 11 is reserved for guests 18 years of age and older. Conveniently attached to the pool is the Cove Bar, an elegant "watering hole" for cocktails and other beverages.

Providing a great place for adults to cool off and mingle with other grownups away from the kids, the pool's unique interlocking circular design offers varying depths including a 4-foot deep plunge pool and a 6-inch deep sunbathing pool with built-in loungers.

Nearby, guests can soak in a jetted hot tub while overlooking sweeping views of the ocean or sunbathe in the plush lounge chairs, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

During the day, music adds to Quiet Cove Pool's soothing atmosphere whilst in the evening mood lighting increases its sense of romance. Poolside massages performed by experienced therapists from the ship's Senses Spa & Salon can also be booked.

At various times daily, Crew Members host games and activities in the Quiet Cove Pool area as detailed in guests' daily Personal Navigator.

In addition to Quiet Cove Pool on the Disney Fantasy, guests ages 18 and older can enjoy an additional adult-exclusive area, Satellite Falls.

Located forward of deck 13 in front of the Concierge private sun deck, Satellite Falls offers a circular splash pool with benches, gently cascading rain curtain and sun loungers for adults to relax on.

Spa Villa Treatments are offered in private Mediterranean-inspired Villas located within the Senses Spa and Salon, forward of deck 11. Each Villa includes:

A private suite
A private veranda off the suite with ocean views, whirlpool and double loungers
Spa treatment rooms
Open air shower
Roman bed with canopy

Guests get to experience exquisite solitude for individuals or a shared time of blissful rejuvenation for couples with a range of spa packages providing the ultimate in indulgence ranging from 105-minute individual sessions to ultra-decadent 155-minute sessions for couples.

Each reservation includes:
Tea ceremony
Bathing ritual of choice
Foot cleansing ceremony

For an extra charge, guests can also enjoy a bottle of champagne, strawberries and additional treatments.
