Disney Fantasy

The Walt Disney Theatre, one of 2 large theatre spaces on the Disney Fantasy, is an enormous live performance setting that presents original Disney live shows, as well as first-run and digital 3-D movies. It is located at decks 3 and 4, forward, with shows at 6.15pm and 8.30pm.

With orchestra seating on Deck 3 and balcony seating on deck 4, the venue offers Broadway-style Disney live shows from enchanting original Disney musicals to family-friendly variety acts.

Inspired by the red carpet and golden trophies of Hollywood award shows, the theatre is decorated in rich red and golden hues with subtle Disney decorative touches.

The state-of-the-art theatre is able to support and enhance even the most complex Broadway-style shows and includes an approximately 40-foot-wide proscenium stage, full-flying capabilities for moveable backdrops and scenery, a projection system for animated scrims and stage lifts, and the capacity for pyrotechnics. Additionally, the theatre includes state-of-the-art lighting and a Dolby sound system.

To assist guests with seating, Crew Members are available at the entrance to the Walt Disney Theatre 30 minutes prior to show times.

Designated wheelchair viewing is available in various locations in the theatre. Guests needing assistance with wheelchair viewing should contact a Crew Member outside the theatre entrance at least 10 minutes prior to show time.

Along with presenting original live entertainment, the Walt Disney Theatre hosts Disney movie premieres allowing guests to enjoy a film's opening at the same time it's making its nationwide debut onshore.

In addition to live shows and movie premieres, the Walt Disney Theatre is equipped with the latest digital 3-D projectors offering the fun and excitement of both new and classic 3-D films along with in-theatre effects, adding a fourth dimension to guests Disney cruise movie experience.

Disney's Aladdin—A Musical Spectacular
Staring the wise-cracking Genie and cast from the classic animated Disney film, Aladdin, the fast-paced 45-minute musical comedy sees Aladdin back as the "street rat" of Agrabah, who ends up with a Genie who grants him 3 wishes, battles the evil Jafar and falls in love with Princess Jasmine.
Recreating many of the classic scenes from the movie on stage (with some of the action spilling out into the aisles, like Prince Ali's jubilant arrival in Agrabah riding a stallion), flying carpets, magic lamps, wise-cracking genies, princesses and evil wizards are all a part of the production.

Disney Wishes
Disney Wishes combines a spirited musical score with the story of 3 teens who learn the secret to growing up while staying young at heart. The story begins as long-time best friends Kayla and Nicole, along with Nicole's twin brother Brandon, visit Disneyland Resort to celebrate their high school graduation. Unsure of what the future holds they make a wish to go on the "Ride of Our Lives". Their wish evokes an enchanted world and an exciting journey begins. Guided by Disney Characters including Rapunzel, Flynn Rider, Lilo, Stitch, Mulan, Hercules, Pinocchio, Timon and Pumbaa the teens discover the importance of staying connected to their inner child.

Disney's Believe
With a spirited musical score, Believe is the story of Dr. Cornelius Greenaway, a brilliant botanist captivated with cultivating his precious plants who overlooks the birthday of his daughter, Sophia. Saddened, Sophia makes a special birthday wish... and the impossible happens: Genie from Disney's Aladdin appears to make her wish come true.

The Tube is Disney Fantasy’s fashionable nightclub located aft of deck 4 in the Europa district. Exclusively for guests aged 18 and over at night, The Tube offers adults an action-packed night of fun, dancing and signature drinks.

With décor inspired by the city of London from the Underground to Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, guests walk across a carpet inspired by a tube Station map into the club. Serving signature cocktails, other features of the Tube include seating areas decorated to replicate a tube ticket, hand rails to hold onto and an illuminated Union Jack dance floor. Four iconic English phone booths add further flair to the vibrant nightclub, where fun-filled nights await.

Activities on offer in The Tube range from family dance parties and quiz shows early in the evening to adult karaoke, Majority Rules game shows and guest DJ’s.

The Buena Vista Theatre is a lavish cinema located midship of decks 4 and 5 screening first-run films, some in stunning Disney Digital 3-D and other popular motion pictures.

The opulent theatre features the latest in state-of-the-art projection and sound technology. It also boasts dual level stadium seating in which every seat in the theatre offers an exceptional view of the giant movie screen.

With plush décor reminiscent of the grand Art Deco styles of the 1920s and 1930s, show times occur throughout the day and designated wheelchair viewing is available.

Featuring Dolby Surround 7.1 and Dolby 3D which uses a unique full-spectrum colour technology for crisp, clear images providing a superior 3D experience, The Buena Vista Theatre also features some special surprises—adding a fourth dimension to guests Disney cruise movie-going experience.

The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique midship of deck 5 offers makeovers for boys and girls. As they enter the boutique they are greeted by their very own Fairy Godmother-in-training who transforms them with magical makeovers, with a variety of royal treatment packages to choose from.

The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique packages are designed for guests aged 3 to 12 (with the exception of the special pirate night packages which are for guests ages 3 and up) with each experience taking 45 minutes. A list of packages available can be seen below.

Royal Knight Package
Available each day and costing $15.95 the package includes hair styling, a mighty sword and shield.

Coach Package
Available each day and costing $54.95 little ones are glammed up for magical moments at sea with the package including hair styling, face gem and shimmering makeup.

Crown Package
Available each day and costing $59.95, children are offered the choice of Pop, Diva or Fairy Tale hair styles along with a face gem, shimmering makeup and nail polish.

Castle Package
Available each day and costing $184.95, children are offered the choice of Pop, Diva or Fairy Tale hair styles in addition to shimmering makeup, nail polish, face gem, princess sash, crown, wand and choice of costume from Princess Minnie, First Mate Minnie, Tinker Bell, Ariel, Ariel Deluxe, Aurora, Belle, Cinderella, Jasmine, Rapunzel, Snow White and Tiana

N.B. The First Mate Minnie costume does not include a crown or wand, but does include a Minnie Mouse plush and a white cap with red bow. The Snow White costume does not include a crown, but does include a red bow.

Under The Sea Package
Available daily at a cost of $99.95, young cruisers are transformed into little mermaids with the Under the Sea Package, which includes a 2-piece swimsuit, "mermaid tail" wrap, floral hair clip, necklace and nail polish.

Royal Sea Package
Available daily and costing $595.00, the Royal Sea Package consists of three 45 minute pampering experiences (The Castle, Under the Sea and Deluxe Maiden packages). Guests also receive a framed photo and travelling tote with Disney Cruise Line adventure stickers along with a glass slipper and glass slipper necklace with royal invitation to Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique which are delivered to their stateroom on the first night.

On pirate party nights the boutique transforms into a swashbuckler's hideaway where boys, girls and grownups can get ready for the pirate life with the application of beards and bandanas, swords and scars, earrings and eye patches all done by a veteran pirate who shares his own tales of sea-sailing adventures.

After the makeover new buccaneers recite a sacred pirate oath before officially becoming part of Captain Jack's motley crew, leaving their old identities behind. The shipmates and scoundrels are then turned loose on their pirate vessel.

The Pirates League - First Mate Package
Available on Pirate Party Night only and costing $34.95, guests are transformed from landlubber to buccaneer with a bandana, facial scars tattoos, fake teeth, earring, eye patch, and a cutlass.

The Pirates League - Empress Package
Available on Pirate Party Night only and costing $34.95 the Empress Package includes a bandana, shimmering makeup, face gem, tattoos, nail polish, earring, eye patch and cutlass.

The Pirates League - Deluxe Maiden Package
Available on Pirate Party Night only and costing $99.95 the Deluxe Maiden Package includes a bandana, shimmering makeup, face gem, tattoos, nail polish, earring, eye patch, cutlass and costume choice of either Empress Gown or Tee-shirt & tutu.

The Pirates League - Captain's Package
Available on Pirate Party Night only and costing $99.95 the Captain's Package includes a choice either a Jack Sparrow or Boney Pirate costume as well as swashbuckling accessories and makeup.

Whitecaps, situated forward of deck 3, retails a range of jewellery, fragrances and accessories including watches from Ernst Benz, tanzanite jewellery from the Alberto Collections House of Tanzanite and Vera Bradley bags and accessories.

Offering professional portraits, Shutters midship of deck 3 in the Lobby Atrium is the ship's photographic shop where guests can find pictures of themselves taken by the ship's onboard photographers.

Guests can locate their own unique portfolio of pictures using their Key to the World Card. Holding the card up to one of the touch pads activates the screen telling them where their staterooms folio is in Shutters which is designed to resemble a library with different bookshelves, such as the Donald bookcase, displaying colour coded and numbered folders containing guests photos.

Shutters also offers a selection of photo packages, ranging from digital photos on a CD to prints for guest wishing to purchase their photos along with frames, accessories, film processing and CD writing services.

Additionally, guests can visit Shutters to arrange a professional family, couple or group portrait in a studio setting with a number of backdrops (tropical, formal, fanciful or romantic) to choose from.

Mickey’s Mainsail, located forward of deck 3, sells Disney logo clothes, hats, accessories, princess and Minnie mouse dressing up outfits, books, confectionary and snacks, ornaments, pins, games and soft toys.

Sea Treasures, located forward of deck 3, sells Disney logo merchandise and clothing along with the popular Dooney and Bourke bags, tax-free watches, glittering jewellery, loose gemstones and collectibles.

Whozits & Whatzits, located right by the pool, midship of deck 11, sells everything from sunscreen to sunglasses and towels along with AquaDuck merchandise.

Quacks, midship of deck 11, sells swimming essentials such as Disney Cruise Line bathing suits, towels and t-shirts.

Character Greetings, where children and adults can meet and greet Disney Characters occur throughout Disney Fantasy, both in designated places and during special surprises appearances.

Characters including Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Cinderella, Captain Hook and Peter Pan are available to say hello to, pose alongside for a picture and sign autographs.

Some destinations are designated as photos only and as such autographs are not allowed due to time constraints.

Available once per cruise, Disney Princesses, including Cinderella and Snow White, make a scheduled appearance in the Lobby Atrium for autographs, pictures and hugs.

Available on all Disney cruises, a final farewell reception enables guests to share goodbye hugs and snap some last-minute pictures of favourite Disney Characters, Disney Cruise Crew Members and stars of the Disney Cruise Line Live Shows before their vacation draws to an end. The “Till We Meet Again Party” is a 30-minute deck party located on Decks 3 and 4 in the Lobby Atrium, Midship, that begins at approximately 10.00pm the night before Debarkation Day.

Europa, located aft of Deck 4, is Disney Fantasy’s night time entertainment district exclusively for guests ages 18 and older in the evening. Home to a variety of sophisticated lounges and nightclubs, the following venues can be found here:
