Diamond Princess

Princess Pelicans is for children aged 3 to 7 with activities ranging from arts and crafts, disco nights, movies, talent shows and educational workshops (providing interactive scientific activities and information on endangered species in the areas visited) to pyjama parties and pizza and ice cream parties.

The Children's club is supervised by experienced staff with lunch provided upon request during port days.

Open from 9am -12pm, 1pm-5pm and 6pm -1am on sea days and 8am to 5pm on port days, a $5 per child charge for kidsitting is applicable from 10pm to 1am for children aged 3 to 12.

To participate in Princess Pelicans children must be at least 3 years old and potty trained. Under 3's can attend if supervised at all time by parents.

Shockwaves caters for children from 8 to 12 years old and is supervised by dedicated trained staff.

Activities on offer include Karaoke, PlayStations, movies and cartoons, dance parties, scavenger hunts, sports tournaments and JrChef@Sea.

Exciting educational programmes are also provided such as rollercoaster building, chemistry experiments and information on endangered species found in ports of call.

There are two splash pools aft of the Sun Deck behind the children's centre. The smaller one is covered and specifically for children whilst the second one is a larger round pool suitable for adults too.

The Youth Centre on the Sun Deck is the area for the Princess Pelicans and Shockwaves children.

It features computers for children to play games on along with toys, puzzles and arts and crafts equipment.

The outdoor play areas aft of the Sun Deck provide an open space for the children to enjoy with slides, little bikes to ride and other activities.

Remix is dedicated to 13 to 17 year olds and supervised by trained staff. It features activities such as sports competitions, late night movies, dance classes, teen makeovers, hot tub parties, dance parties, Pizza and Mocktail parties.

The Teen Centre on the Sun Deck is a teens only lounge for 13-17 year olds registered in the Remix programme.

With comfy chairs and tables to sit at, it also has computer games to play on, a large TV screen and table football for entertainment.
