Crystal Symphony

Internet access is available on board the Crystal Symphony either via the Computer University@Sea facilities on the Tiffany Deck or on guest's personal Wi-Fi enabled devices.

Charges apply for all internet services involving off ship communication.

Crystal Symphony's computer room is on the Tiffany Deck within the Computer University@Sea facilities. The centre features a lab for classroom instruction and separate room offering 24 hour internet and email access.

With around 25 state of the art workstations, complimentary classes are available for guests offering an extensive list of enrichment courses as well as private tuition for a nominal fee.

Guests can also download digital photos to burn on to CD's for a fee or access the internet or emails.

For those wishing to access services involving off ship communication (i.e. the internet or emails) a nominal set up fee is applicable along with a charge per minute (based on actual internet usage).

Four internet packages are available as follows:-

Plan A: 120 minutes for $50 ($.42 per minute)
Plan B: 600 minutes for $200 ($.33 per minute)
Plan C: 1,500 minutes for $300 ($.20 per minute)
Plan D: "Pay As You Go" for $.74 per minute

Fees apply for emails sent and received on board as well as internet access (prices subject to change).

Wireless connection is available throughout the ship via guest's wireless capable devices.

Guests need to get their wireless devices configured for a nominal set up fee enabling them to access the internet or emails throughout the ship.

Laptops are also available for hire for a nominal charge per day.
