Crystal Symphony

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the Crystal Dining Room is the ship's main dining room serving international cuisine and a world renowned wine list.

Located midship on the Crystal Deck, breakfast is served from 8am to 9.30am and lunch from 12 to 1.30pm, both of which are open seating.

For dinner, guests can opt for either Classic Main (beginning at 6.15pm) or Classic Late (beginning at 8.30pm) seating or Dining by Reservations (available between 6.15pm and 9.15pm) where guests elect what time and with who they wish to dine.

The dinner menu provides a range of choices from Chef's suggestions, Vegetarian selections and light options to a 6 course menu.

Prego is one of the ship's three complimentary reservation only speciality restaurants open from 6pm to 10pm serving classic Italian cuisine within a Venetian atmosphere.

The seasonally changing Valentino at Prego menu serves signature dishes along with wines that are served at Piero Selvaggio's revered Las Vegas and Los Angeles restaurants.

Prego's is situated aft of Tiffany Deck.

The menu comprises of antipasti, salads, soups and main courses.

Silk Road is another of Crystal Symphony's speciality restaurants with reservations recommended.

Open between 6pm and 10pm for dinner, it is located aft of Tiffany Deck.

Featuring the cuisine of world-renowned master chef Nobuyuki "Nobu" Matsuhisa, the food is prepared by Nobu-trained chefs and serves dishes such as Lobster with Truffle-Yuzu sauce, Grilled Wagyu Beef Rib-Eye with Wasabi Pepper Sauce and a Bento box filled with Chocolate Soufflé Cake with Shiso Syrup and Sesame Ice cream.

The Sushi Bar is the ship's third specialist reservations only restaurant, located aft of Tiffany Deck.

Like Silk Road, the menu is prepared by Nobu-trained chefs serving classically styled Japanese food with Peruvian and European influences.

The Sushi Bar offers a selection of inventive sushi and sashimi.

The Trident Bar and Grill is located midship on the Lido Deck and serving the Lido and Seahorse pools.

Open for a late risers buffet breakfast between 10am and 11.30am, it remains open until 6pm.

The outdoor grill serves hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, chicken burgers, pizza, wrap sandwiches and tuna melts.

Trident Ice Cream Bar, midship on the Lido Deck (11), serves a wide variety of complimentary ice creams, non-fat frozen yogurts and sherbets with a selection of toppings and freshly baked cookies.

It opens from 11.30 to 6pm.

The Vintage Room on Tiffany Deck outside the Starlite Club serves wine themed dinners and also occasional daytime wine tastings.

A minimum of 10 guests must confirm participation in the event for it to be offered and the event costs around $200+ per person (depending upon the wines chosen).

During dinner the ship's expert head sommelier shares their knowledge with guests along with complete tasting notes.

Special themes including "A wine tour of Europe" or "New World and Old World wine comparisons" are offered and four or five wines are usually chosen along with appropriate food courses to enhance the wines.

Also offered just a few times during the year is the Ultimate Vintage Dining Room featuring some of the rarest wines in the world with a charge of around $1000 per person dependent upon the wines selected.

The Lido Cafe aft of the Lido Deck is the ship's casual buffet style restaurant.

Early Bird coffee is served from 5am to 6.30am portside, Early Risers continental buffet from 6.30am to 7.30am and full Breakfast buffet (including made to order omelettes, pancakes and waffles) from 7.30am to 10am.

Themed lunch time buffets are served between 12 and 1.30pm along with made to order pasta, salad, soup, carved meats, fresh fish and desserts.

Additionally on selected evenings the area offers alfresco dining with speciality items such as Asian inspired Tandoori beef, grilled prawns on lemon grass or classic Caesar salad with chicken.

The Bistro is the ship's Parisian-style coffee bar, located on the Tiffany Deck with seating for 74 guests.

Serving a late risers breakfast of coffee and Danish pastries from 9am to 11.15am, it remains open until 11pm serving complimentary espresso, caffe latte, cappuccino and speciality teas.

Champagne and wine is also available by the glass with light snacks of fresh pastries and fruit served in the morning and international cheeses, pastries, charcuterie and other delicacies throughout the remainder of the day and evening.

Complimentary 24-hour in-stateroom dining is available serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. During lunch and dinner hours guests can order the same selections offered in the Crystal Dining Room served course by course if so desired.
