The Provence Dining Room is Coral's Traditional seating Main Dining Room where guests eat at either early (5.30pm) or late (7.45pm) sittings at the same time and table each evening.

Located midship on the Fiesta Deck, the menu in both MDR's offers the same four course dinner menu with set choices. The option of an 'always available menu' is also provided including steaks, chicken breast and salmon, along with Lotus Spa healthy options.

Provence also serves breakfast from 7.30 - 9.30am, lunch from 12 to 1.30pm and afternoon tea from 3.30 to 4.30pm (all open seating).

The Bordeaux Dining Room on Coral is one of its two main dining rooms and opens for Anytime Dining (where guests can eat when they like and with who they like) between 5.30 and 10pm.

Sabatini's Italian restaurant, located midship on the Promenade Deck (7), offers fine dining and is one of the ships' two additional charge select restaurants with reservations recommended.

Open from 6 pm to 11 pm, Sabatini's offers speciality Italian cuisine and premium seafood on an a la carte menu. The three course menu begins with Antipasti consisting of hot and cold appetizers, soups and salads, followed by a pasta course featuring the chef's nightly speciality, and then the Secondi Piatti (main courses) offering meat, seafood and chicken options.

Desserts are not served at Sabatini's.

Princess Pizzeria is a poolside eatery forward of deck 14 serving slices of complimentary pizza by the lido pool.

It opens between 11am and 11pm.

The Bayou Cafe and Steakhouse is one of the ship's select restaurants with reservations recommended.

Serving a Cajun and Creole inspired menu with live Jazz entertainment it opens from 6pm to 11pm and is located aft of the Promenade Deck.

Examples of the fare on offer includes Mardi Gras Shrimps, oysters, crawfish bisque, seafood gumbo, cajun grill, 8oz lobster (additional $5 charge) and sweet potato pie or chocolate pecan fudge cake.

It also opens a few times during each cruise between 11.30am and 2pm to serve a traditional complimentary British pub lunch with favourites such as bangers and mash or cottage pie and bread and butter pudding with traditional drinks including Boddingtons and Fosters.

The Trident Grill and Bar on the Sun Deck serves complimentary beefburgers, cheeseburgers, veggie burgers, chicken breast, bratwurst, hot dogs and French fries along with beers and sodas from the bar section (additional charge).

The ship's ice cream bar is located on the Lido Deck by the Lotus Pool, and opens from 11am to 11pm serving complimentary soft scoop ice cream (other ice cream and sundries attract a small charge).

Passengers can purchase a coffee card for $29 plus 15% gratuity for 15 cappuccinos, espressos, lattes or mochas (making a saving of 20%).

Horizon Court, located forward on the Lido Deck, is the ship's buffet style restaurant.

Open from 5am to 6am for continental breakfast, 6am to 11.30am for buffet breakfast, 11.30 to 3.30pm for themed lunch buffet (such as oriental), 3.30 to 5.30pm serving light snacks and 5.30 until midnight offering a buffet dinner, it also serves refreshments 24 hours a day.

Passengers can make use of the complimentary room service at any time of the day or night. For continental breakfast guests can fill in the breakfast card and place it on their door at night.

With coffee, iced tea and milk available round the clock, food options range from sandwiches served with either fries, crisps or coleslaw, soups and salads, hot dishes such as beef chilli, lasagne and burgers, and sweets such as chocolate cake or cookies

The Chef's Table experience provides the chance to tour the ship's busy galley during dinner service, where the ship's executive chef previews the evenings menu with a selection of hors d'oeuvres and Champagne for guests to enjoy.

Guests are then taken to a private table in the Bordeaux dining room to enjoy a specially created multi-course menu accompanied by selected wines to complement each course.

During the dessert course the chef re-joins the table to discuss the evenings menu and share their culinary knowledge.

Available for up to 10 passengers per night (which may include mixed groups), the experience can be booked either through the ships DINE telephone line or at the dining reservations table set up on the first night of the cruise.

The experience costs $95 per person and includes a complimentary copy of Princess' cookery book and photo taken at the private table with the chef.

Menus tend to be formed around regional specialities from a recent port visited and an example of one such menu includes (amongst other dishes):-

or Foie gras terrine on brioche

~ Asparagus risotto with lobster tail

~ Sangria granite

~ Trio of beef, veal and pork tenderloin
served with mashed potato, grilled
asparagus and charred cherry tomatoes

For passengers wishing to enjoy a romantic dining experience with breathtaking views from their own balcony, this special room service option is available for either breakfast (at $32 per couple) or dinner ($50 per person).

Breakfast includes speciality pastries, fresh fruits, quiche, smoked salmon and other special treats served with half a bottle of champagne.

For dinner, personal dedicated wait staff serve a special dining experience on guest's stateroom balconies.

Dinner begins with a hosted cocktail party with fresh flowers and champagne followed by a deluxe four-course meal of appetisers, salad, main course such as lobster tail or juicy steak, rounded off by dessert.
