Celebrity Xpedition

Beagles Buffet and Grill aft of the Vista Deck seats 78 guests and is Xpedition's casual buffet-style restaurant serving salads, dishes grilled to order and a variety of hot and cold entrees.

The buffet offers an early morning coffee and croissant between 6.15am and 9.15am and hamburgers and crepes amongst other dishes from noon to 1.30pm.

Once per cruise Beagles also becomes the ship's main dinner venue serving barbeque meats and fresh seafood on deck.

Darwin's, located on Marina Deck and with seating for 106 guests, is the ship's main dining room with open seating and serving fresh locally grown and organic fruit and vegetables and fresh fish caught by Galapagos fishermen.

A buffet style breakfast is served from 7.00am to 9.00am with a selection of cereals, fruit, freshly cooked breads and croissants and an Omelette bar which also serves eggs cooked to order.

The lunch time buffet (open from noon to 1.30pm) varies each day with a different theme such as Italian, Mexican and Oriental, along with a hot station serving pizza and pasta.

Dinner is served between 7.45pm and 9.30pm and the menu offers both set and changing options, examples of which are as follows:
