Celebrity Solstice

Grand Epernay is Solstice's main dining room, located aft of decks 3 & 4 with room for 1429 guests and featuring a dramatic two storey high glass wine tower and dazzling chandeliers.

Serving world and continental cuisine, opening times are as follows:

Open Seating Breakfast - 8.00am to 9.30am (deck 3 only)

Lunch - 12.00 to 1.30pm (deck 4 only)

Fixed Seating Dinner - Choice of 6pm or 8.30pm

Select Dining Seating - Between 6pm to 9.30pm (deck 4 starboard).

(Celebrity Select Dining is available in 30 minute increments between 6pm and 9.30pm on a first come first serve basis giving them the flexibility to dine when and with whom they wish - subject to availability. Reservations can either be made online up to four days prior to sailing or on onboard with the maître d'. Guests also have the option to turn up when they wish but may have to wait to dine).

The dinner menu, with up to 29 selections, comprises of Appetisers, Soups and Salads, Entrées and Desserts with the left hand side of the menu remaining the same whilst the right hand side changes nightly.

Murano on deck 5 is one of the ship's four speciality reservation only additional charge restaurants with seating for 76 guests and serving classic French dishes with a contemporary twist.

Open from 6pm to 10pm, guests can either opt for the à la carte menu ($40 per head) or the five senses tastings menu with wine pairing for $89 per person.

Featuring tableside cooking and flambé dishes, the à la carte menu consists of four courses (appetisers, soups and salads, entrées and desserts) whilst the Five Senses tasting menu comprises of six courses paired with wine and designed to stimulate your senses.

Champagne High Tea is also served in the Murano restaurant between 3pm and 4pm with white glove service and a range of savouries, pastries, scones, truffles and teas. The cost is $19 without champagne or $25 with champagne.

Silk Harvest is a reservation only pan Asian-fusion restaurant located on deck 5, seating 88 guests.

Open from 6pm to 10pm, the restaurant offers authentic Asian hospitality with a menu blending Chinese, Japanese, Thai and Vietnamese cuisine.

The menu comprises of small plate selections, large plate selections, sushi freshly prepared to order and desserts.

Examples of dishes are as follows:

Small Plates - Miso soup, spring rolls, BBQ ribs, wontons.

Large Plates - Beef chow mein, green curry stir fried pork, salmon & scallop stir-fry.

Sushi - tuna rolls, California rolls, vegetarian rolls

Desserts - Green Tea ginger parfait, cheesecake rainbow roll, coconut ice cream.

Tuscan Grille, aft of deck 5 with scenic views over the ship's wake and tableside service, combines traditional Italian cuisine with American steakhouse dishes.

The four course meal of appetisers, soups and salad, mains and desserts includes plates of antipasto with freshly sliced prosciutto, steaks, bone-in veal chops, grilled salmon and sea bass, creamy parmesan polenta, pasta dishes and desserts such as chocolate fondue along with an expansive collection of Italian wines.

The speciality reservation only restaurant attracts a $30 per person charge, can seat 132 diners and opens from 6pm to 10pm.

Additionally once per cruise it opens for a three course lunch option.

The Mast Grill is a casual poolside venue, located midship on deck 14 with steps leading down to the outdoor pool on deck 12.

It's ideally situated to grab a quick bite to eat such as burgers, hotdogs, fries and other specialities grilled to order whilst relaxing poolside.

Opening times are from 11.30am to 6pm.

Gelateria forms part of Cafe al Bacio on deck 5 midship and sells traditional gelatos and Italian ices in freshly baked waffle cones.

Flavours range from vanilla, hazelnut and pistachio to fresh sorbets and are also available either in cups instead of cones.

Charges are $3 for 1-2 flavours or $5 for 3-4 flavours.

Also served is a range of Ice Spaghetti such as Pomodoro Vanilla Gelato with Cream, Fresh Strawberry Sauce & White Chocolate for $6.00

It opens from 11am to 11pm.

For guests wishing to dine in the comfort of their own stateroom, Celebrity Solstice provides complimentary 24 hour room service.

Continental breakfast is served between 6.30am and 10am subject to completing the breakfast request form the night before.

Dining room menu options are available for lunch and dinner during restaurant opening hours whilst a selection of sandwiches, salads and burgers are available at other times of the day.

The AquaSpa Cafe, open to all passengers from 7.30am to 10.00am for breakfast and 12 to 2.30pm for lunch, is a complimentary cafe located forward of deck 12 portside in the airy tranquillity of the Solarium.

Serving quick, light and healthy food, breakfast fare includes parfaits, cereal, beverages, organic breads and omelettes whilst for lunch soup, salad, antipasto, organic bread, salmon, tuna, pork loin and chicken breast served with grilled or steamed vegetables and blueberry tartlet or cinnamon and couscous tulipan for dessert are on offer.

A range of smoothies are also served in the AquaSpa.

Café al Bacio, midship on deck 5 opposite Bistro on Five, is the ship's lively European style coffee shop with comfortable furniture and music ranging from guitar and vocals to classical and A Cappella making it the ideal place to relax during the day or call in during the evening for a cocktail and dessert.

Guests can enjoy a range of beverages from tea and coffee to wine and liqueurs along with complimentary snacks.

A cup of tea (from Earl Grey to Herbal) costs $4 per cup

Coffee ranges from $3.00 for an espresso to $4.00 for a cappuccino and hot chocolate is $4.00 per cup.

Coffee cocktails and iced coffee cost from $4 to $6, Liqueurs from $6 to $8, Port from $7 to $29, Cognac from $7 to $45, Grappa $30 and Sherry between $6 and $7 per glass.

Wine is also available per glass.

Food on offer includes morning specialities such as almond croissants or pain au chocolate, light sandwiches such as salmon mousse on pumpernickel for lunch with desserts served for the rest of the day ranging from apricot pistachio tartlets to tiramisu.

Open from 7am to 1am, Cafe al Bacio can seat 52 diners.

Blu is Aquaclass guests' exclusive complimentary restaurant located on deck 5 aft with seating for 32 diners.

Offering Mediterranean spa style cuisine, popular dishes incorporate clean, crisp, light flavours.

Breakfast options (served from 8.00am to 9.30am) include continental selections from fresh fruit, cereals, cold cuts and yogurts to Danish, croissants, pancakes, eggs and bacon along with a range of juices and smoothies.

Dinner is served from 6pm to 9.30pm and is also open to suite guests if tables are available for a recommended $5 per person gratuity.

A speciality creperie located midship on deck 5 with seating for 68 guests and tableside service for lunch and dinner.

Bistro on Five is open from 6am to 2am serving globally inspired sweet and savoury crêpes freshly prepared in the open kitchen along with soups, salads, panini and desserts.

There are over 12 sweet or savoury crêpes served from breakfast fillings such as smoked applewood bacon, scrambled egg and cheese, lunch and dinner fillings including the Cowboy Crêpe stuffed with grilled steak, vegetables and provolone or Sweet and Sour honey glazed sirloin with rice noodles cheese, onions and sour sesame syrup and sweet options ranging from sliced banana and Nutella spread to Grand Marnier with candied orange.

Reservations are not required whilst a cover charge of $5 per person applies (any number of dishes can be ordered for the $5 charge).

The Oceanview Cafe and Bar, the ship's international buffet style marketplace has a menu inspired by multiple cultures. Seating 623 diners and located aft of deck 14 featuring floor to ceiling glass walls looking out over the sea and both indoor and outdoor seating.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, stations include made-to-order pasta, stir-fry, pizza, a full salad bar, carvery and desserts.

Breakfast Buffet - 7.00am to 10.00am (items on offer range from continental breakfast to a variety of egg options, sausages, bacon, waffles and pancakes).

Lunch Buffet - 12 to 2.30pm (stations include carvery, pasta, vegetarian options, Asian dishes, sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts).

Ice Cream - 7.00am to 9.30pm

Pizza/Pasta - 12 noon to 12.30am

Afternoon Tea - 4.00pm to 5.00pm

Oceanview Dining - 6.00pm to 9.30pm (as well as similar stations open to lunch, choices also reflect some of those on offer in the main dining room).
