Forward of deck 12 is home to the ship's AquaSpa with facilities including a glass covered solarium with its own adult only resistance pool and whirlpools, an adult only thermal suite called the Persian Garden, private treatment rooms, a relaxation lounge (below on deck 11), fitness centre, shop selling products used within the spa, salon and the AquaSpa Cafe.

The Fitness facilities are complimentary whilst all other areas attract a charge.

A full range of AquaSpa treatments are available from Thai herbal poultice massages, La Thérapie Hydralift Facials, Acupuncture and Medi-Spa treatments including Botox Cosmetic.

In addition to the extensive range of treatments available in all AquaSpa’s on Celebrity Ships, Reflection has added a new therapy called “Rhythm and Bliss”. This concept, designed by the New York brand bliss®, provides guests with a rhythmic massage whilst they listen to their selection from classical, world, electronic or rock music on noise-cancelling headphones.

A further new feature to Reflection’s AquaSpa is “Girlz Night” offering a social spa night for women with access to the Persian Garden, and “Couples Night”, enabling couples to experience an intimate evening together in the Persian Garden.

The Spa is open to over 18's although a special YSPA menu is available for younger guests.

The ship's state of the art fitness facilities, located on deck 12 and open from around 6am to 11pm for guests aged 16 and over, offer a range of exercise equipment from Life Fitness treadmills, rowing machines, stair climbers, recumbent bikes, weight training equipment, elliptical and cross trainers. Each Life Fitness Cardio unit includes integrated touch screen TV, iPod music/video and virtual trainer.

The room also encompasses a free weights section and individual fitness studios allowing spinning, yoga and pilates classes to run simultaneously.

Some aerobics classes are complimentary such as abs and legs, bums and tums whilst others attract a charge, some of which are indicated below:-

The Solarium, part of the AquaSpa forward of deck 12, opens from around 7.00am to 11pm and features an adult only pool, two whirlpools, and the AquaSpa Cafe all enclosed within glass walls and a glass roof.

Surrounding the pool are comfy padded sun loungers and chairs for guests to relax in.

Reflection has a total of 6 whirlpools, two of which are located either side of the covered solarium pool on deck 14 and are for adults only.

The remaining four can be found by the outdoor pool also on deck 14 with the aft ones for use by all ages and the forward ones (closest to the AquaSpa) for over 16's only.

The 833-square-foot Persian Garden thermal suite, located within the AquaSpa forward of deck 12, enables guests to choose their own journey through a series of sensory experiences from wet and dry to hot and cold amidst a peaceful and tranquil setting.

In addition to six more heated tile beds (making 15 in total) than other Solstice class ships, six new features have been added to Reflection:

The Hammam: A cool room designed to loosen joints and muscles whilst relaxing on a heated stone slab. The experience can be further enhances with a massage or custom salt scrub.

Infrared Sauna: Unlike traditional steam saunas, the infrared sauna penetrates deep into the joints and surrounding tissue increasing blood flow, reducing inflammation and decreasing pain.

Aromatic Steam Room: The mix of warm steam and aromatherapy scents help relieve muscle tensions and toxins whilst relaxing the mind leaving guests feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The Cold Room: The seats, walls and floor in this room are an icy cold 52F designed to close pores opened and cleaned in the infrared sauna and aromatic steam room.

DIY Scrub and Salt Bar: Guests can create their own customised “body cocktails” or scrubs from a range of salts, sugars and herbs which they can either purchase individually or in packs of five for $45.

Sensory Showers: To finish their journey through the Persian Gardens, the sensory showers of either warm, tropical rain infused with gentle fruity fragrances, or arctic cold mist infused with eucalyptus essences along with soothing sounds and lights leave guests feeling refreshed and invigorated.

The Persian Garden is complimentary for guests in Celebrity’s spa-inspired AquaClass accommodations. A charge of $35 for a one-day pass applies to all other guests.

The unisex Hair Salon and Barber Shop is located on deck 12 within the AquaSpa. Open from 8am to 8pm, a range of services are available from haircuts, colours and conditioning treatments to exotic hand manicures and Fire and Ice pedicures.

Reflection will also provide a new service using the Keratin Complex hair smoothing therapy.

The Lawn Club aft of deck 15, an attribute of all Solstice class ships, features 22927 sq. ft (just over half an acre) of real grass where passengers can sit and relax or take part in lawn games during the day, and open air concerts by night.

The Alcoves (aft of deck 15 overlooking the Lawn Club), featuring eight cabana style retreats which can accommodate up to four guests each, provide guests with their own private haven.

Charges are $99 per day (9am to 9pm) on port days or $149 per day on sea days and the price includes a fresh fruit platter, hand held fans, chilled towels, four bottles of water and all day use of an iPad with music, games, movies and magazines loaded on it.

With ambient mood lighting for cosy romantic evenings, wine and cheese evenings can be arranged for an additional charge via guests alcove attendants, along with spa packages ranging from 10 minute indulgences ($12 to $25 including massages and manicures) to 25 minute indulgences (e.g. $59 for a detox facial) or a couples massage (for $135).

The cabanas also have Wi-Fi access (charges apply) whilst guests can order a la carte beverages via their attendants.

Guests can choose to dine in the usual dining options or purchase a themed picnic hamper to enjoy from within the Alcoves.

Bistro on Five Picnic ($50)

Home Made Country Pate with cornichons and crackers, coleslaw, chicken pesto mozzarella country loaf sandwich, fruit brochette, cheesecake and coconut dacquoise lollipops.

Tuscan Grill Picnic ($70)

Antipasti for two of cured meats, selection of cheeses, olives, roasted peppers and basil pesto, Mediterranean seafood pasta salad, focaccia, breads with pesto and aioli dip and chocolate brownies and cookies for dessert.

Blu Picnic ($90)

Spinach salad, Roquefort cheese, toasted pecans, prosciutto, blackened tuna salad, soy beans soba noodles, shrimp cocktail, bread, assorted berries, pear tart, almond cake and chocolate brownies.

All hampers include a bottle of wine.

The Alcoves can either be reserved prior to the cruise or whilst on board and can be booked either for a day or the entire cruise.

Adjacent to The Alcoves are eight hammocks and two oversized deck chairs offering guests additional locations to relax amidst the atmosphere of the lawn and sea.

The hideaway (inspired by the live tree suspended within the Grand Foyer) is located midship spanning between decks 7 and 8, and provides a tranquil area resembling an avant-garde tree house with intimate "nests" and niches to sit and relax in with a good book.

Guests can also help themselves to a coffee from the self serve coffee machines.

Reflection offers “Acupuncture: The Point of Well-Being” focusing on using Acupuncture to aid chronic symptoms ranging from muscle and joint pain to insomnia.

Also on offer are Botox® and Dysport® injectables and Restylane® and Perlane® dermal fillers. (Located on deck 12 within the AquaSpa).

The enclosed Relaxation Lounge, on deck 11 with a spiral staircase leading down from the AquaSpa above, features a mix of comfortable padded chairs and loungers for guests to relax in and enjoy the view over the bow of the ship.
