Celebrity Millennium

The Metropolitan is the main two story dining room with white glove service and seating for 900. Located on deck 4 & 5 with spectacular views out of the aft 2 deck high windows overlooking the ship's wake.

Deck 4 is open for open seating breakfast between 7.30am and 9am and lunch from 12 to 1.30pm.

Dinner has two fixed seating's of 6pm and 8.30pm at set tables.

Alternatively guests can opt for Celebrity Select Dining available in 30 minute increments between 6pm and 9.30pm on a first come first serve basis giving them the flexibility to dine when and with whom they wish (subject to availability). Reservations can either be made online up to four days prior to sailing or on onboard with the Maître d'. Guests also have the option to turn up when they wish but may have to wait to dine.

The dinner menu, with up to 29 selections, comprises of Appetisers, Soups and Salads, Entrées and Desserts with the left hand side of the menu remaining the same whilst the right hand side changes nightly.

Afternoon tea is also served in the Metropolitan Restaurant between 4 and 5pm.

The Olympic Restaurant is a reservation only additional charge restaurant for guests 12 years of age and over, open from 6pm to 10pm, and with seating for 114.

Featuring original French walnut panelling from the A La Carte restaurant on the RMS Olympic (Titanic's sister ship), the restaurant serves a five course meal of American and French cuisine serving classical dishes some of which feature tableside preparation such as a cognac-flambéed lobster tail with fresh basil, applewood smoked bacon and Dijon cream.

The menu comprises of Appetisers, Soups and Salads, Caviar, Entrées, Cheese and Desserts and a $40 per head charge applies.

A further menu option called Five Senses is also served in the adjacent wine cellar which is a tasting menu comprising of six courses paired with wine and designed to stimulate your senses ($89 per person).

Champagne High Tea is also served in The Olympic Restaurant between 3pm and 4pm with white glove service and a range of savouries, pastries, scones, truffles and teas. The cost is $19 without champagne or $25 with champagne.

The Ocean View Cafe and Grill aft of deck 10, seats 568 guests. It serves an early risers continental breakfast from 6.30 to 7am, breakfast buffet, eggs and omelettes, Asian, waffles and pancakes from 7am to 10am, late breakfast buffet and omelette station between 10am and 11.30am, lunch buffet from 12 to 2.30pm, casual afternoon tea from 4 to 5pm and casual dining in the Ocean Grill section with table service from 5.30pm to 9.30pm and late night snacks between 10pm and 12.30am.

The Ocean Cafe also has a number of food stations that open at different times throughout the day as follows:-

The Riviera Grill is a poolside fast food eatery offering burgers, grill specials, hot dogs, fries and cookies, located on deck 10 and with seating for 52. It is open from 12 noon to 6pm.

Opposite Cafe al Bacio on deck 5 midship, Gelateria serves Italian ices and gelatos from around 11am to 11pm.

Flavours range from vanilla, hazelnut and pistachio to fresh sorbets and are available either in home-made waffle cones or cups.

Charges are $3 for 1-2 flavours or $5 for 3-4 flavours.

Also served is a range of Ice Spaghetti such as Pomodoro Vanilla Gelato with Cream, Fresh Strawberry Sauce & White Chocolate for $6.00.

The AquaSpa Cafe adjacent to the Spa on deck 10, is open from 7.30am to 10.00am for breakfast and 12 to 2.30pm for lunch, with light and healthy dishes on offer. There is seating for 90 passengers.

Breakfast fare includes parfaits, cereal, beverages, organic breads and omelettes whilst for lunch soup, salad, antipasto, organic bread, salmon, tuna, pork loin and chicken breast served with grilled or steamed vegetables and blueberry tartlet or cinnamon and couscous tulipan for dessert is on offer.

A range of smoothies are also served in the AquaSpa.

Qsine® is another of the ship's speciality reservation only dining options where guests order their meal or mix a cocktail using the iPads provided. It is open from 6pm to 10pm and is located on deck 11 midship.

Whilst it doesn't have defined courses as such, the menu basically comprises of selections of starters, entrees and desserts offering interactive comfort food designed to be shared allowing guests to sample a whole range of different dishes from vegetables, sushi, tresviche and crunchy munchies (such as fries and vegetable crisps) to lobster, soups and soufflés, Black Angus sirloin steak tacos, salmon, chicken tikka masala, popcorn fish and chips and desserts including cupcakes to garnish at your table, doughnuts and cheesecakes.

Café al Bacio, midship on deck 5, is the ship's lively European style coffee shop with comfortable furniture and music ranging from guitar and vocals to classical and A Cappella making it the ideal place to relax during the day or call in during the evening for a cocktail and dessert.

Guests can enjoy a range of beverages from tea and coffee to wine and liqueurs along with complimentary snacks.

A cup of tea (from Earl Grey to Herbal) costs $4 per cup

Coffee ranges from $3.00 for an espresso to $4.00 for a cappuccino and hot chocolate is $4.00 per cup.

Coffee cocktails and iced coffee cost from $4 to $6, Liqueurs from $6 to $8, Port from $7 to $29, Cognac from $7 to $45, Grappa $30 and Sherry between $6 and $7 per glass.

Wine is also available per glass.

Food on offer includes morning specialities such as almond croissants or pain au chocolate, light sandwiches such as salmon mousse on pumpernickel for lunch with desserts served for the rest of the day ranging from apricot pistachio tartlets to tiramisu.

Opening hours are from around 6.30am to 1am.

Bistro on Five is open from around 6am to 2am serving globally inspired sweet and savoury crêpes freshly prepared in the open kitchen along with soups, salads, panini and desserts.

There are over 12 sweet or savoury crêpes served from breakfast fillings such as smoked applewood bacon, scrambled egg and cheese, lunch and dinner fillings including the Cowboy Crêpe stuffed with grilled steak, vegetables and provolone or Sweet and Sour honey glazed sirloin with rice noodles cheese, onions and sour sesame syrup and sweet options ranging from sliced banana and Nutella spread to Grand Marnier with candied orange.

Located mid ship on deck 5, reservations are not required whilst a cover charge of $5 per person applies (any number of dishes can be ordered for the $5 charge).

Blu, located on deck 5 off the Metropolitan Restaurant is Aquaclass guests' exclusive complimentary open seating restaurant serving breakfast and dinner.

Offering Mediterranean spa style cuisine, popular dishes incorporate clean, crisp, light flavours.

Breakfast options (served from around 7.30am to 9am) include continental selections from fresh fruit, cereals, cold cuts and yogurts to Danish, croissants, pancakes, eggs and bacon along with a range of juices and smoothies.

Dinner is served from around 6pm to 9.30pm and is also open to suite guests if tables are available for a recommended $5 per person gratuity.

The Wine Cellar on deck 3, is the dining area for guests choosing The Olympic Restaurant's wine paring Five Senses taster menu.

For guests wishing to dine in the comfort of their own stateroom, Celebrity Millennium provides complimentary 24-hour room service.

Continental breakfast is served between 6.30am and 10am subject to completing the breakfast request form the night before.

Dining room menu options are available for lunch and dinner during restaurant opening hours whilst a selection of sandwiches, salads and burgers are available at other times of the day.
