Lincoln is the smaller of the two main dining rooms on the ship with seating for 744 and located over decks 3 and 4 with windows on two sides.

There's a choice of fixed time dining with either 6pm or 8.15pm seating, and flexible dining which is anytime from 5.45 to 9.30pm.

Washington is the larger of the ship's split level formal dining rooms with a seating capacity of 1122. It is located over 2 floors (with windows on 3 sides) on decks 3 and 4.

Open seating for breakfast and lunch.

For dinner there is a choice of either fixed seating (with either 6pm or 8.15pm reservations) or Carnival's "Your Dining" option which offers flexible seating usually between 5.45 and 9.30pm.

Rosie's Restaurant is the ship's buffet style International Food Court located on decks 9 & 10 with a capacity of 1396.

It offers casual dining with a wide selection of international food, made to order options, buffet, Taste of Nations (featuring different cuisines each day), Dessert stations and a children's menu (see individual listings for different food stations).

The Pizzeria is part of Rosie's International Food Court on deck 10, located by the Prometheus Pool.

It is open 24 hours a day.

The Mongolian Wok is located within Rosie's International Food Court on deck 10, serving wok prepared Chinese cuisine.

Valor's one reservation only restaurant located on deck 10 with a capacity of 108.

Scarlett's steakhouse specialises in prime beef cooked to your specification, or a selection of seafood if you prefer.

The menu includes entrees, appetisers and desserts and an extensive wine list is also available.

Reservation times are between 6 and 9.30pm and dress code is "Cruise Elegant".

A Cover charge of $30 per person applies.

Scarlett's also has a stage, live music, dance floor and bar (open late and to all passengers even if they aren't dining there).

Traditional English fish and chips as well as other seafood dishes can be found on the upper level of Rosie's International Food Court on deck 10.

Togo Sushi Bar is located on deck 5 by the King Boulevard Promenade.

It serves a selection of complimentary sushi dishes prior to dinner each evening.

The Grill is part of Rosie's International Food Court located on deck 10, by the Prometheus Pool.

It serves fast food such as burgers, chips, steak and chicken sandwiches.

A New York-style Deli, serving a selection of sandwiches and side orders is located within Rosie's International Food Court on deck 10.

The Chef's Table is a multi course dinner prepared by one of the ship's master chefs.

It is held in a variety of unusual locations such as the library.

Available for groups of twelve, beginning with a champagne reception followed by a visit to the ship's Galley to see it in operation before a full service dinner of appetisers, entrees and desserts.

A charge of $75 per head applies and the experience is bookable via the Guest Information Desk.
