Dome Main Pool
The Dome Main pool on deck 9 has a whirlpool by it and is protected from inclement weather by the ship's retractable sliding sky dome.
It features a tiled wading area around the perimeter of the pool and is served by the Canopy Bar.

Sun Forward Pool
Separated from the covered Dome pool on deck 9 by the Canopy Bar, is the uncovered Sun pool with its own whirlpool.
Like the Dome pool it has a shallow tiled area surrounding it for wading in.

Green Thunder Thrill Slide (Water Slide)
The Carnival Spirit's new Green Thunder Thrill Slide was installed in January 2012.
It is the centre piece of the Waterworks Aqua Park, with the slide rising nearly 100ft into the air and features a vertical drop followed by a hairpin turn that extends over the side of the ship. Passengers travel at speeds of 20 feet per second.
The Green Thunder Thrill Slide has a minimum height requirement of 48 inches.

Carnival Waterworks Splash Zone (Water Slide)
The Carnival Waterworks Park on deck 11 features a new splash zone which includes a 150 gallon "PowerDrencher" dump bucket, water play areas, fountains and two mini racing slides.
The area also incorporates a corkscrew Twister water slide and the New Green Thunder thrill slide rising nearly 100 feet in the air and featuring a long vertical drop and hairpin bend extending over the side of the deck.
