Carnival Pride

Normandie is the main dining room on the ship with seating for 1,250 and located on decks 2 and 3.

Open seating breakfast and lunch is served on the lower level of Normandie (deck 2).

In the evening there's a choice of fixed time dining with either 6.00pm or 8.15pm seatings, and "Your Time Dining" which is anytime from 5.45 to 9.30pm.

Fixed dining seating is available over both levels whilst "Your Time" is only available on deck 3 of the restaurant.

Normandie also has a separate annex called the Captain's Club (seating 86) which can be used as a private dining area when closed off, or secluded part of the main restaurant with the doors open.

Mermaid's Grille is the ship's casual International Lido Restaurant with a capacity of 1458 and located on deck 9.

A choice of continental and buffet style breakfast is available here between 6.00am and 12pm.

At lunch the restaurant has numerous food stations available.

Stations include a salad bar, rotisserie, Taste of Nations (serving a different international cuisine each day), Asian corner, Grill, Pizzeria, New York Deli, Dessert station and Ice Cream station (open 24 hours a day).

At night the restaurant becomes a sea view bistro serving a buffet style menu between 6 and 9.30pm (with the Deli staying open until 11pm and the ice cream, coffee and pizza stations remaining open all night).

The Pizzeria is located in Mermaid's Grille Lido Restaurant on deck 9, and is open 24 hours a day.

It serves a range of pizzas, calzone and Caesar salad.

David's Steakhouse is the ship's reservation only two tiered restaurant with a guest capacity of 156 and located over decks 10 and 11.

The Steakhouse specialises in prime beef cooked to your specification, or a selection of seafood if you prefer.

The menu includes entrees, appetisers and desserts and an extensive wine list is also available.

Reservation times are between 5.30pm and 9.30pm.

It also has its own bar, dance floor and live music.

A Cover charge of $30 per person applies.

A Sushi Bar located on deck 2 outside the Starry Night Jazz Club.

It serves a selection of complimentary sushi dishes between 5pm and 8.15pm, prior to dinner each evening.

Part of the Mermaid's Grille, the grill station can be found at the Venus Main Pool end of the restaurant and is ideally situated for serving hot dogs, burgers, chicken and steak sandwiches etc. to the pool area.

The Chef's Table, held in a variety of unusual locations such as the library, is a multi course dinner prepared by one of the ship's master chefs.

Available for groups of twelve, beginning with a champagne reception followed by a visit to the ship's Galley to see it in operation before a full service dinner of appetisers, entrees and desserts.

A charge of $75 per head applies and the experience is bookable through steakhouse reservations.

Piazza Cafe is an extra charge patisserie located on deck 2 with a seating capacity of 112, serving speciality coffees, tea, milkshakes, cakes and pastries.

It opens from 7am until 12am.

The New York-style deli is located within Mermaid's Grille Lido Restaurant on deck 9, serving a selection of hot and cold sandwiches. It remains open until 11pm.
