Cloud 9 Spa is located over decks 12 and 14 and is the ship's two deck 22770 sq ft Spa with an extensive range of facilities and treatments.

On the upper deck (14) are the Salon, treatment rooms and thermal rooms whilst the gym, aerobics studio, sauna and reception desk are on deck 12.

The Spa comprises of a Thalassotherapy (heated) pool, oriental steam baths and scented steam rooms.

Treatments on offer range from massages, defoliants, hot stones, and aromatherapy to acupuncture and body wraps.

The gym, located on deck 12 in the lower level of Cloud 9 Spa, offers a range of treadmills, cardio vascular and weight machines and free weights. There is also a separate aerobics studio for fitness classes such as aerobics, spinning and pilates.

For some classes such as Pilates and Yoga, charges apply of $12 per session.

Fitness facilities are available to minor guests (age 12 to 16) when accompanied by an adult.

There are numerous whirlpools and hot tubs located throughout the ship.

Serenity on deck 15 has two hut tubs.

The Tides pool on deck 10 is flanked by 2 spa whirlpools.

The Lanai promenade features four oversized ocean view hot tubs (two on both sides of the ship).

The Salon is located on deck 14 within Cloud 9 Spa and offers a range of services from haircuts and colours to manicures and men's services.

Two single sex saunas are located on the lower level of Cloud 9 Spa on deck 12 by the gym.

A couple of Turkish inspired steam rooms are located on deck 14 within Cloud 9 Spa.

Serenity is the ship's adult only (over 21's) area, located on deck 15.

Features include padded sun loungers, hammocks and large round padded seats with retractable sun covers that seat people.

There are also two hot tubs to relax in and a bar counter to get drinks from which also serves complimentary light lunches such as salad and wraps.

There is also a seated shaded area to relax under.
