Carnival Liberty

Golden Olympian is the smaller of the two main dining rooms on the ship with seating for 744 and located over decks 3 and 4 with windows on two sides.

There's a choice of fixed time dining with either 6pm or 8.15pm seating, and flexible dining which is anytime from 5.45 to 9.30pm.

Silver Olympian is located over 2 floors (with windows on 3 sides) on decks 3 and 4.

The larger of the ship's split level formal dining rooms with a seating capacity of 1122.

Open seating for breakfast and lunch.

For dinner there is a choice of either fixed seating (with either 6pm or 8.15pm reservations) or Carnival's "Your Dining" option which offers flexible seating usually between 5.45 and 9.30pm.

The ship's buffet style international food court, Emile's is located on decks 9 & 10 with a capacity of 1396.

It offers casual dining with a wide selection of international food, made to order options, buffet, Taste of Nations (serving a different cuisine each day), dessert stations and a children's menu (see individual listings for different food stations).

The Pizzeria is located within the Emile's International Food Court on deck 9 near the Versailles pool, serving pizza 24 hours a day.

The Mongolian Wok is located within Emile's International Food Court on deck 9, serving wok prepared Chinese cuisine.

BlueIguana Cantina is located on deck 9 within Emile's International restaurant, serving freshly made burritos, tacos, chips and salsa amongst other Mexican favourites.

It is open early mornings and lunchtime.

Harry's Steakhouse is Liberty's one reservation-only restaurant located on deck 10 with a capacity of 108.

It specialises in prime beef cooked to your specification, or a selection of seafood if you prefer.

The menu includes entrees, appetisers and desserts and an extensive wine list is also available.

Reservation times are between 6 and 9.30pm and dress code is "Cruise Elegant".

A Cover charge of $30 per person applies.

Harry's also has a stage, live music, dance floor and bar (open late and to all passengers even if they aren't dining there).

Origami Sushi Bar is located on deck 5, just outside the Hot and Cool Dance Club.

It serves a selection of complimentary sushi dishes prior to dinner each evening.

Traditional English fish and chips can be found on the upper level of Emile's International Food Court on deck 10,.

Other seafood dishes are also available here.

Guy's Burger Joint is located on deck 9 near the Tivoli Main Pool.

The menu was created alongside Food Networks Guy Fieri to provide a choice of fresh off the grill burgers with toppings of your choice from the toppings bar.

It is open lunch to early evening.

The Grille is part of Emile's International Food Court located on deck 9, by the Versailles Pool, serving fast food such as burgers, chips, steak and chicken sandwiches.

The Taste Bar serves a new and different complimentary appetiser each day in different restaurants (as listed in the Funtimes daily newsletter) providing guests with a sample of the flavours on offer at dining venues across ship.

For guests wanting a filling late breakfast/ early lunch to enjoy whilst being entertained, the Punchliner Comedy Brunch offers a wide range of choices from tomato soup, salmon and cream cheese bagels, fruit, eggs cooked to order, bacon, chicken quesadilla, pancakes and pasta to ice cream and slices of cheesecake.

The Chef's Table is a multi course dinner prepared by one of the ship's master chefs.

It is held in a variety of unusual locations such as the library.

Available for groups of twelve, beginning with a champagne reception followed by a visit to the ship's Galley to see it in operation before a full service dinner of appetisers, entrees and desserts.

A charge of $75 per head applies and the experience is bookable via the guest information desk.

A New York-style deli, serving a selection of sandwiches and side orders is located within Emile's International Food Court on deck 9.
