The Posh Restaurant is the larger of the ship's split level formal dining rooms with a seating capacity of 1122 and live music performances. It is located over 2 floors (with windows on 3 sides) on decks 3 and 4.

For dinner there is a choice of either fixed seating (with either 6pm or 8.15pm reservations) or Carnival's "Your Dining" option which offers flexible seating usually between 5.45 and 9.30pm.

Available for groups of twelve, beginning with a champagne reception followed by a visit to the ship's Galley to see it in operation before a full service dinner of appetisers, entrees and desserts.
