Gym
With ocean views over the bow of the ship through its full length windows, the fully equipped gymnasium on deck 9 has the following Technogym exercise facilities:
10 treadmills, 6 bikes, 6 cross trainers, 2 recline bikes, 1 pectoral machine, an arm extension, upper back, shoulder NG, Vertical TR. NG, adjustable bench, 2 dumbbell racks, fit balls and free weights.
Fitness classes (some complimentary such as legs, bums and tums and some for around £7.00 such as Pilates) are also provided along with personal trainers (£45 for an hour) if required to provide bespoke fitness programs.

Jacuzzi
Arcadia has a total of five whirlpools on board, three of which are adjacent to the Neptune Pool midship of deck 9 and two by the aft Aquarius Pool also on deck 9.

Oasis Spa
The Oasis Spa, located towards the bow of the ship on deck 12 offers a wide range of treatments for guests to enjoy along with a thermal suite (for which charges apply).
Facials range from 24 Karat Gold facials (£219) to Elemis Pro-Collagen Quartz Lift facial (£89), whilst passengers wishing to have relaxing massage can choose anything from a heated stone massage (£79) to reflexology (£79) or a customised deep tissue massage (£79).
Detoxifying treatments are also available replacing toxins with nutritious minerals and vitamins along with wellness therapies including acupuncture (£89).
For male guests, the gentlemen’s spa treatments include deep cleanse grooming treatments (£49) and shaves, facials (£69), de-stress treatments (£69), manicures (£19) and pedicures (£29).

Salon (Beauty Salon)
The Oasis Salon within the spa facilities on deck 9 offers a range of options by qualified stylists and makeup specialists from hair styling, colours and manicures to makeovers and men’s grooming.

Thermal Suite (Sauna, Steam Room, Garden/Quiet Area)
The thermals suite, located within the spa on deck 9, offers guests the chance to relax and unwind in the Hydro Pool with its massaging jets to sooth away aches and pains, different temperature steam rooms including a scented steam room, essential oil aroma showers and heated ceramic beds with ocean views.
Charges apply of around £100 per person for the entire cruise or £150 per couple. Day passes for around £10 per person are also available.

Sauna
A complimentary sauna can be found next to the Hydropool within the spa facilities on deck 9.

Steam Rooms
As part of the Oasis Spa’s thermal suite are three steam rooms offering various heats and one featuring aromatic scents.

The Retreat
The Retreat, located on deck 10, is a room designed as the ultimate space for relaxation. The light and airy room, with comfy sofas and chairs, floor-to-ceiling windows and a large expanse of wooden floor, provides an ideal place suited to activities such as Tai Chi, meditation and yoga, which are run as part of Arcadia's New Horizons programme.

Hydro Pool
Located within the spa forward of deck 9 and part of the thermal suite is the heated hydro pool with large jets to sooth aches and pains. Costs to use the thermal suite are around £100 per person (£150 per couple) for the cruise duration or £10 for a day pass.
