Vitality At Sea Spa (Gym, Beauty Salon, Sauna, Steam Room, Garden/Quiet Area)
Situated forward of decks 5 (largely the treatment rooms) and 6, The Vitality at Sea Spa and Fitness neighbourhood encompasses various amenities designed around supporting healthy lifestyles and complete body wellness. Guests can relax their body and mind through some of the most advanced spa and anti-aging therapies, the latest fitness equipment and healthy dining options from the Vitality Cafe. They can also purchase a range of products from the shop or visit the salon for a haircut, manicure or pedicure.
Treatments on offer range from Microdermabrasion Oxygen Lifting Facials ($169), La Therapie Hydralift Facials and Elemis Aromapure Facials to GoSMILE Tooth Whitening Treatment (for $199), Elemis Aroma Stone Therapy, Swedish Massages, Reflexology, Body Wraps, Cellulite Reduction and Acupuncture. Medi-spa treatments including BOTOX®, Cosmetic Restylane ® and Perlane® are all administered by a licensed physician.
The spa opens from 8.00am to 10.00pm and also includes a relaxation room (with complimentary orange juice, tea, coffee and fruit).

Vitality At Sea Fitness Centre (Gym)
Open from 8.00am to 1.00am, the Fitness centre within the spa on deck 6 offers guests a varied selection of 158 exercise machines including the latest cardio and resistance equipment for working out alone or for joining one of the several classes such as the new Gravity programme, heart-rate based spinning, kickboxing , Pilates and yoga (Classes cost $12 per class). It also features the latest Kinesis training equipment.
Solarium (Jacuzzi, Adultonlypool, Garden/Quiet Area)
The adults only (over 16’s) Solarium located on decks 15 and 16 (forward), features a two deck high, glass panelled complex designed with seating on various “islands” surrounded by water providing guests with the sensation of floating on air.
With views over the front of the ship and the sea beyond, the open-air Solarium offers a tranquil circular swimming pool, 1.2m (3’11”) deep with a central fountain spraying gentle mists of water. Two whirlpools by the pool and four cantilevered whirlpools suspended 136 feet (41.5 metres) above the ocean with large glass windows to enjoy the views from and televisions showing sporting events, offer the perfect place to relax.
The mezzanine level with its own bar overlooks the pool deck below offering additional chaise lounges and seating whilst a healthy eating bistro can also be found in the Solarium on the lower deck (which is the setting for the Samba Grill at night).

Cantilevered over the side of the ship outside the Solarium on deck 15 are four large whirlpools which extend 12 feet out from the ship, perched at one of the highest points of Allure. Two televisions located at these whirlpools air sporting events, whilst large glass windows offer an even better ocean view.

YSPA within the Vitality Spa on deck 6 is the kids dedicated spa specially catered towards their needs. Charges apply.
Hair Salon (Beauty Salon)
The Beauty Salon offers hair services ranging from colouring, cutting, and blow drying to conditioning treatments along with nail services including manicures, pedicures, acrylic and gel nails and 14 day non chip polish.
Vitality Thermal Suite (Sauna, Steam Room, Garden/Quiet Area)
The Vitality Thermal Suite features heated ceramic loungers, saunas and steam rooms including a dry heat room, tropical rain forest showers and heated loungers. Passes for the suite cost $30 for a day pass or $150 for a cruise long pass and are limited in number.

Vitality Cafe
The Cafe within the Vitality at Sea spa on deck 6 opens from 7am to 9pm and serves a range of complimentary snacks along with freshly squeezed fruit juices, vitamin drinks and power shakes (charges apply), making it the ideal place to visit after a relaxing massage or work out in the gym.
