Overview Of The Port Of Londonderry

About Londonderry
Londonderry (or Derry) is the second largest city in Northern Ireland, part of the United Kingdom.

Take a tour (self or guided) of the City Walls.

The Museum of Free Derry is located in the centre of Derry's Bogside district, only a short distance from the central bus station. It contains many interesting artifacts from Bloody Sunday (30th January 1972) and its aftermath.

The Tower Museum explains the political conflict that has shaped the city and the country.

St Columb's Church, built in 1633, is the oldest and most historic building within the walled City.

St Eugene's Roman Catholic Cathedral enjoys a superb setting and lovely gardens and is a peaceful place to relax.

There are plenty of shopping opportunities in Derry from shopping malls to small craft shops. Popular buys include crystal, woollen items and linen.

Try some local fresh seafood and a pint of Guinness, the local tipple.
Cruise Terminal
Cruise ships dock at Lisahally Port, around 5 miles from Londonderry city centre.

There are usually bus shuttles from the pier area to Derry's Guildhall.
