About Huatulco
Huatulco (pronounced Wah tool co) is a town in Mexico, located on the Pacific coast and is bordered on the north by the United States of America.

Nearby La Crucecita village is famous for it's Oaxacan Alebrijes figures - brightly coloured folk art sculptures of animal like creatures. There is also an open air market and Handicraft Museum.

There are 9 bays along the coast, some only accessible by boat. Boat trips and tours are available and guides can advise on best places for fishing and snorkelling.

Visit the Copalita Ecological Park & Ruins to discover some history of Oxaca and learn about the flora and fauna of the area.

Hagia Sofia is an agro-ecological development in the mountains. Learn about the local flowers, trees and wildlife which all live in the area.

For golfers, the Campo de Golf Tangolunda offers a challenging course.

Beaches in the area include Huatulco Bay with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, Playa San Augustin, perfect for snorkelling and diving and Cacaluta - undeveloped, quiet and only accessible by boat.

There is a good choice of restaurants in the area serving Mexican, American, Seafood and International dishes.
Cruise Terminal
Cruise ships dock at the pier in Santa Cruz bay. There is a beach on the left side, the marina on the right side. Just behind the beach there are a number of restaurant, bars and a small retail centre.

Taxis are available for trips to the areas of Tangolunda, Santa Cruz and La Crucecita.
