Overview Of The Port Of Gythion

About Gythion
Gythion (or Gytheio/Gythium or Gytheion) is a town in Laconia, Southern Peloponnese, Greece.

Local nearby attractions include the tiny island of Cranae with its 19th Century lighthouse, woodland and stunning views of the sea, the City of Sparta, Mystras, the 13th Century Byzantine citadel set atop a steep hill about 6km from Sparta and the Caves of Diros.
